Rendering of B8 RS4 rear valance on B5 S4

I am looking at doing another B5 Rear bumper fabrication with a B8 RS4 valance. So here is a rendering of what it could look like. I was going to start cutting in a B8 S4 valance into a B5 bumper but thought I would get opinions on this option.

That sketch is from images of my car, so that is pretty much the stance ride height etc. that i would be fabricating for.

Just like the b7 rs4 valance on a wide body b5 avant has been done and looks great, the C6 RS6 valance has also been done and looks great. Even the C7 / RS4 hybrid has been done (my car). The original question is " can the new style that is on all the current and future RS models where the exhaust tips are through the valance and have a distinct surround work on our b5s." In my sketch i have use a current rs4 avant because the physical width may be close to the right size.

I think i will do it if i find another rear bumper and valance for the B5 to cut up. The spare I have is getting a b8s4 based valance that i want to make the center work on the b8 and the b5. Snap in for the b8 but also mold in for the b5.

I get no less than one request a week for the current bumper/valance. Once i have a replacement made I will most likely try to make a mold for the current one.

The new S3 is too square to integrate with the B5 very curved bumper. Be interesting what the coming RS3 would look like. Staying on point, I want to try one with the exhaust tips through the bumper as on all new RS models.

I have a second b5 valance and b5 second bumper for the b8 rs4 integration. I just need to find a rs4-rs7 valance.

Ah ok, cant wait to see the outcome. It's one of the last things I will do to my car, but the rear could use some sprucing up to match the oem rs4 front.

I think u are a bit off if you think that
It adds 20 lbs!! Note sure what you are making your exhausts out of but a few extra feet of thin wall stainless does not add much weight . Plus this removes the rear resonator so net drop in weight.

And since when does adding weight to the back of a b5 s4 hinder performance ?? I know adding 034 rear roll bar, roll cage, dual batteries , and 3 gallons of meth +pump to the back of my car ( maybe 125 lbs) only adds to the handling performance.

Side note, the new merc rear valences with the double step up looks good too :-) But I'm sure you wanna stay audi huh?

Still interesting design concept. In reality, I debate whether or not I like the dual outlets, and not the single side. Just a personal pref though.
