Edit: Sold this lip because I decided against the B8 S4 and will be getting a 2015+ Subaru WRX STi

Finally got my Stvbek Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler from the Massdrop Group buy for the B8 S4. I jumped on this deal because I plan on upgrading to the B8 in the near future, and this lip was $250 in the group buy marked down from $700. It'll be wrapped up in my attic for a long time but I'm still so happy. Quality looks great

No major mods but since I plan on selling my car in the near future and parting out some of the more valuable mods I decided to black out the inner housing of the stock halogen headlights. Not a perfect job but it'll look good with the replica RS4 grill that the car will be sold with. I still have to finish the second one

Nice day out today, did a long detailing job. Even though a B8 S4[Edit: changed mine, now 2015+ STi] will be a great upgrade, I'll miss her so much

I got bored and decided to plasti dip my rear diffuser matte black with a few coats of glossifier for a satin look. Don't know how I feel about it, I might go ahead and wrap it in carbon vinyl, and possibly get an eBay carbon spoiler

No updates, about to do another expensive servicing before I go back for my third (Junior) year at American University (Kogod School of Business). I will be selling the car soon and taking almost all the upgrades out/off of the car between November and January. It saddens me to say that I will be returning my car back to stock this weekend. Tomorrow I am picking up a set of winter tires to throw on my old stock wheels sitting in my attic, removing my Bi-Xenon headlights and my JOM Tail lights, and having my mechanic swap the exhaust and wheels out for me on Friday.

Since I'm doing this on a long weekend that I have from school, I'll be bringing the headlights, tail lights, Ross-Tech VCDS cable and equipment (for rental, not sale) and possibly the 17" ASA wheels that come with the winters down to DC to sell from here. Check out my feeler thread here for pricing and pictures and keep your eyes out for the actual for sale listings coming soon.

I might end up simply keeping the parts at my house until Thanksgiving or December when I'm home from school and nearing the end of the semester. Update on that will be coming soon.

In the mean time, I'm searching to trade my car in for a 2016 WRX STi Limited with the most important mod, WINGLESS. It'll be a nice change and I've always had an eye for the STi's, worth a try. I'll be in another Audi in the future though and still active on here. Plus it'll be so much nicer to get behind the wheel of a 6MT than an automatic

Thanks Jake! Unfortunately I doubt I'll be touching the engine seeing as I've decided to lease the car and decide later if I want to buy it out. That being said, the only realistic changes I'll make are cosmetics and wheels.

Yeah recently took an STI and put a turbo like ours (Cobb TD05H 20G) with e85 and they got that car in street trim into the 10s in the 1/4! (dyno'd 500+whp)

Hahahah nice! I traded in my B7 A4 for a 2015 WRX as well. Love the car, so much fun!! I will always a be an Audi lover though, planning on getting one later down the road.

Sadly officially back to stock and ready for sale/trade in. Its a weird match up. Brother's '07 3.2 wheels, continental winter tires from the classifieds, eBay RS grille since my OEM one was put on the 3.2 before it was totaled, and joey modded the halogens last week. Parts for sale are here

I think you'll miss the Audi interior over the STi. Nice cars, (having had one) but the insides are like a garbage bag.

I will miss it but thankfully with the 2015 model, Subaru stepped up their interior game. Not nearly as good as Audi still but it's so much better than it was from 2014 and earlier. If they hadn't stepped it up I wouldn't even be considering the car

Just officially sold my JOM LED Tail Lights. Wow, I think that was my first "major modification" to the A4 and I did that back in high school. Its so sad to see the A4's chapter finally officially closing (even though I removed the parts weeks back, seeing them sit in boxes hasn't solidified the idea of moving onto a new car, but now its a reality. I can only imagine what its going to feel like when I sell the car itself. I'm definitely going to cry haha

It makes me proud and sad to say that this past Saturday, I signed (with my family) for my first new car at Subaru of Stamford, Connecticut. I pulled the trigger on a 2016 WRX STi Limited in Lapis Pearl Blue, coming from the factory with the Low Profile Lip spoiler.

Only options I added were the wheel locks and the Auto-Dim Mirror w/ Homelink. The car should be coming to the country around Dec. 14th and at Subaru Stamford, and available for pickup around the week of Christmas according to the sales manager.
I will post pictures of the car as soon as I get it, the feeling is surreal, and I got so lucky that I was able to find a car already being made with the wingless spoiler in Lapis Pearl Blue as an STI Limited, such a rare combination, and I didn't even have to place an order and wait ~16-20 weeks like many members here

I wished I could keep the Audi but right now it financially didn't make sense with how many repairs I had with this car in the past 2 years, and my family wanted to move into newer cars with service warranties. Plus, leasing made more sense for me than a new buy because I might not need a car at all in the next 3 years (if I move into NYC). However, I wanted to be able to make that decision when I knew what I'd be doing then. Plus, I've wanted to try something new

However, I didn't want to get another A4, I wanted to try something different, and quite frankly the I didn't want to get into a Golf R because I don't want a hatch back, I want to be able to have a sunroof, a more aggressive engine, and it 100% needed AWD (hence eliminating the GLI). I'm really excited to get into this STi. It'll be so much fun, however hopefully I can stay an honorary B7 A4 member until I find myself in my next Audi when I can afford a new lease on something fun.

It saddens me to say that last week I officially sold my B7. Sold it to a friend who has wanted one for a long time, hopefully I'll convince him to join AZ. But in the meantime, just wanted to share some pictures. I loved this car to death, it was just time for something else and to get behind a manual transmission. Congrats on the purchase. I use to want a WRX really bad until I drove an A4 and I was sold. I've never been in the new STI though so I can't comment on those. How do you find the driving compares between your new Subie and your A4?
