I suggest to save the time as well as you have time to work on your car its up to you but you can check on the coolant sensor if its not leaking thats fine also look at the temperature how long takes to get on normal position? if it take more than 10-12 minutes then replace it

Do you have a 3.0 or 2.7T? You probably have a 3.0 but if you have a 2.7T then you need camshaft tensioner/adjuster seals and rear exhaust camshaft caps.

Automatic or manual? If Automatic than you should change the fluid, filter, pan gasket, and all the pan bolts. Manuals can get away with just a fluid change.

Either way you should get a new engine air filter, valve cover gaskets, serp belt tensioner, and change the rear diff fluid in addition to the stuff that Mr-Next mentioned. I think the fuel pump and coolant temp sensor are a bit overkill though.

You can change the tip fluid on low miles but its risky at high mileage. The transmission "relies" on the grit and metal in the fluid. Without the "crap" it is prone to slipping. It defies logic, but thats the way it is.

wow @MR NEXT. that is a long list of things that needs to be done.
how hard is a timing belt and water pump to replace on this car? i can try it myself and save a thousand bucks from what it looks to be.
