Photography and your Audi A4

We’ll recently my girlfriend just bought me a new camera which is the Canon T2i. I’m just getting used to the camera so don’t know any features but wanted to know if any of you audiziners have taken pics with a Canon that looks unique I guess I mean I’m not talking about taking standard pics but really unique pics! I’d like to see the skills of some so post some pics up!~

I suppose, IMO all cars look better with clear corners as it makes the headlights appear wider. Audi designs these cars in Germany to be equipped with clear caps and even oem chrome bulbs. They know what looks/functions best.

True, but only from 2008 - all Euro B7s had orange lenses until then, including the RS4.

I agree though, it does look better

As for this topic, I also have a Rebel T2i (or EOS 500D as it's known here). I have 2 lenses, the kit 18-55mm one and a fixed 50mm.

I've got my eye on a couple of other lenses and a strobe setup too. Still, knowing your camera is what counts & I'm a long way off the level I one day hope to be!

AFAIK it's all about timing value and having the camera steady. (tripod works)

what you mean like revving the engine and getting the RPM needle to blur?
if thats what you are talking about then yeah you need a slower shutter speed

Telling you what settings were used in each shot is irrelevant, as there are many factors that determine what aperture and shutter to use. It won't benefit you at all. You need to go shoot and learn what settings favor your shooting style.

I do miss my Audi's but I love my BMW's too!

The biggest thing I miss about my Audi days was the forums, BMW guys, especially the forced induction sections, are nowhere near as cool as you guys! Keep the love going guys, it's what brings me back to this forum even though I don't have an Audi anymore!

I shoot with a Canon Rebel T3 (1100D) These were taken with the 1.8 50mm lens and a polarizing filter. Hopefully this coming summer I can buy coilovers! If anyone on here has a flickr, feel free to add me, I'd love to see your photographs.
