    MAF frequency range

I just finished soldering all the connections, and re-wrapping with electrical tape followed by fusion tape for a finished look. But the Snow Performance controller that I just installed is a generic one that works with all MAFs, and I don't know the fequency range to set it to.

Does anybody know what the digital signal frequency range is for a 2008 b7 a4 MAF? The choices are:
    55 - 220 hz
    400 - 2.2 hz
    3k -14k hz

    Hitachi.

Regardless I have no idea lol

But can't you log it and just look what scale the logger plots it at?

The logging frequency is different than the sensor frequency, so I can only get the frequency of the sensor if I had a scope.

Epy, have you searched on nefmoto? Also lookup stuff for the b5S4/b6. I could be wrong, but I would imagine that they both use a similar MAF range considering they're interchangeable (scaling/tuning aside).

Surprisingly I have found nothing! I would think someone out there would be running a mass air flow setup on our platform, but if they are they are not sharing. I have some requests for information out to people, and will go check nefmoto too.

Once I find out I will post it here for whoever else tries this setup next. I might have to just but an oscilloscope! It would make my shop look more like a laboratory. Then I can tell the wife I'll be out in the lab! :)

I love old analog stuff like that! You should get it anyways. Only $150 for that one I posted above!

and I think B5 and B6 used a voltage based MAF, not a PWM one.
