Not my car per say, but a little side project.
Borbet Style 132 wheels...delivered on the BMW X5. I have 4x rear wheels, so square 10x19" on all four.

These have been sleeved so they can be swapped between 5x120 and 5x112 without extra holes.
Will be running 30mm spacers (mostly to go around the brakes up front) so a final of ET15 ;)

Recently I lowered my Audi B8 with Bilstein / Eibach 35/30 and it looks good for me. But it could be a little bit lower. On the other side: My second car (Opel Tigra) is so low which is why I get stuck on a train track. So I decided to get never that low again on a car.

Push the wheels out with spacers and it will help the look as well as appear lower.

Not sure if sleeved is the right word.
Its basically a bolt seating that can be taken out and turned the other way to move the bolt a couple of millimeters.

Please excuse me if theres wrong word for stuff here. English is not my first language.

@Killerboots - how do you feel about the vinyl work you had now that it's been on for a bit? If I remember correctly, it was the lower door area, the roof, and the top of the spoiler? Looks pretty great in that pic above.

I’m happy with it overall! Everything is holding up well except for the sharkfin. The vinyl started cracking a little bit after a month so I removed that section. I’m not too surprised, I was given a warning beforehand. Luckily it was clean cut around the base and I popped on an ECS cover that I plasti dipped black.



I don’t have a close-up after pic, but it’s just black now.

Basically, bolt holes have been machined to fit some special machined inserts. The inserts can be taken out and turned around to move the bolt position.
In other words, the wheels are both 5x120 and 5x112 with just 5 holes total.

Nice solution to the problem. Glad to hear it's otherwise holding up. There's been some both silver and white allroads making moves lately on some unique exterior mods and I feel like I need to catch up!

Nice pal! red calipers match white car so good! where you get your caliper powder coat? and how much it cost? No one interested on my RS brake so I may just powder coat it and put it on my avant. I am always have bad luck selling stuff! Mark it reasonable price then no one show interest, mark it low, it got grabbed but then flipped double in other days... I really hate that!

$450 got me
- breaks broken down
- broken down parts cleaned
- some parts replaced on the rear S4's
- primed
- powder coated
- clear powder coated
- custom decal printed/ applied
- RE-clear powder coated to avoid the red bleeding through decals
- reassembled

Keep in mind my front Porsche Macan/ Q5 calipers were fresh out the box and just the rear S4's were used. So the price can fluctuate based on what needs to be done. The whole process was about 1.5 weeks and I finished the breaks with EBC red pads so there's close to no brake dust.....best feature hands down. PM if you have anymore questions

Pretty good price! I have my Q5 set rebuild & powdercoat for $400 USD but the seller sent it out for me. It doesn`t make sense to send my RS brake down to US for powder coat so better found a local shop to get it down. I should do that when the calipers were brand new then I don`t have to buy another set of bbk just because not feeling a bbk in black!

BTW, you have been my home so of course you know I am from Toronto! I am the one that bought your seat of your Allroad LOL

Definitely easier going local as opposed to shipping them out. I shipped mine to mike at Brightside Calipers but wanted to pick them up to avoid them being damaged during shipping
