Accordian hose upgrade and you dont know how to connect the extra line? DIY inside

For those that keep wondering how to plug or where to put the extra hose going to the accordian here ya go.

I originally capped my hose off but the center valve broke, so i deleted the old hose and ran a new one.

    Parts needed:
191611933F Check valve (I just noticed you can use the one that you cap off! so you dont actually have to but a new one)
N0203901 Hose, only 6 inches but it comes in 3 meters, so if anyone needs some PM me.
2x clamps, Bently said N90561801 but they are longer than needed but still work.

    Here is the old hose:

Using a razor blade slice the plastic hose and remove the part that goes to the manifold. You can also remove the check valve if you didnt buy a new one. (you can see that the new one is the same as the one i had capped off)

    New shorter hose assembled:

This works well too. The check valve that goes into the accordian was bad so I had to get creative.
These are the hoses and valve that go from the n80 to the tee that continues to the inlets, the mani connector, and the one that normally goes to the brake booster.
Really turned out nice with the bends that it has.

I had to do this too. My original check valve blew apart. I went to the VW dealer and just picked up a check valve. Been working great ever since.

Yes, I believe that OP simply eliminated the rest of the hose since you can't attach the other ends with the new hose. I will likely do this when I throw my 034 Silicone intake hose on.

I wonder if this has already been done to my car. This topic keeps popping up (hose going into the accordion hose), but my accordion has no hole. Does anyone with a 2000 MY have this?

my 01' (allroad) doesn't have the hole in the accordion. pretty sure this only applies to 01.5, and 02 MY, correct?

Yup, all we are doing is converting to the older style and eliminating some excess bs

i am running a rs4 accordian with my stg3 setup. This only applies to the later model s4, the 00 doesnt have the extra hose going to the bottom of the accordian.

I have a late model...Just wondering if there were any other options.

I'm going to be replacing my spider hose next weeks so I thought I might as well do this too.

    Thanks for the write up.

P.S. Neither of your sig links work.

nice job infinkc, I wondered if there was an oem part that would get rid of that little "tee"

I did a similar thing and just capped off the "tee" when I deleted the hose that went to the accordion.

edit: Im pissed because I think I threw out that check valve that could be reused.

Prob have to get the whole spider for that piece.
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.
