weird clicking sound when ignition turned on

Everytime i turn the key I hear this clicking sound that is almost like a short... but I also noticed when my foot is on the brake and clutch when I start my car the brake pedal pops just a little bit. Haven't a clue if this is normal, weird or bad or anything. searched and nothing seemed similar so I thought I'd ask..

The clicking sounds like it is coming from the front driver side but not entirely sure.

i have the same 'short' sound when i turn the key half-way... had it for 2 months now, about the same time i changed my bulbs (altough i doubt this is relevant and connected).
And mine also sounds like it's coming from somewhere around the abs controller

Yeah. I hear the same thing, but the air & radio have to be off to really hear it. I know the throttle-body is supposed to do an alignment when the key is in the ACC position, which may be that; but the noise I hear sounds like its behind the dash. Weird.

Go to the engine bay and make sure the grounds on the driverside firewall are all sound

My car does this as well. I notice it when I have the hood open and I click the ignition to "ON". Sounds to me like relays clicking on as soon as they get power.

have same....im thinking checking the grounds could help-- now to find them
