Anyone ever remove seized swaybar end links?

Tried to install my OEM RS6 rear sway bar tonight but hit a snag with passenger end link. The top nut came off no problem, but the bolt spins with the bushing. Nothing I tried worked, PB Blaster, screw driver in between, hammering the bolt loose...etc. Anyone else had this problem and get the end link off?

I've not actually looked at these on my car yet, so what I say might be way off base. However, if the bushing is rubber, maybe burn it out with a small torch and get new end links. Again, since I've not actually put eye's on these parts I could be way off base. But this is how I've removed seized bolts from rear shocks on cars before.

You may think I'm not online. But I'm always here. Even if I'm not posting. I'm always here. Scrolling. Judging.

I thought about burning off the bushing which is enclosed in a plastic surround. However the link is so close to the rear CV boot I'm sure I'll melt that off too if I tried

Torch. Had to do it when I put RS6 sways in. I had metal links on mine. I ended up ripping the links off of the bushings taking the twisties a lot. Replaced with the plastic ones and didn't have problems after that.

get a chunk of ceramic from a local pottery shop and used metal ties to affix it in front of the CV boot.
