For those of you who aren't familiar with the project I undertook this past year look up the first part of my build thread here:

At the first tuning session we hit 437 AWHP with 100.3 F temperature and the usual miserable humidity conditions here in Miami (which I must say haven't gotton any better). Now at the time I was okay with that as a baseline and I kind of had to be okay with if because we ran out of injector at that point and the wastegate spring was way too soft, disabling boost levels above 18.xxx psi.
Thus I have spent the last few months working out the bugs, including ditching the worst clutch I have ever had in my life (DXD 8 puck race clutch that I will only ever use again on the track) for a specially made SPEC stage 3+ clutch, buying a new board after my 034EFI ECU kept blowing coil drivers ($800 total later between shipping, coils, board, etc-**-Thanks to those guys for working through it with me), and of course other little demons that came out over time. The car is right now getting little cosmetic details done that I will of course not share with you until completion, however since others in here seem to be touching close to our power numbers and I'm very confident with the setup we have I'm going to of course mess with it and dial the motor up to see where we can get. I'm in the process of deciding which 2000cc injectors (yes 2000cc) to get and I already have my new wastegate springs ready to go. It looks as if we will get fueling help from the guys at injector dynamics due to their incredible reputation of maintaining idle conditions at low duty cycle. And for those who are wondering why 2000cc injectors, we will be running our high boost map on E85 and as such will need much much more fuel. Furthermore we finished installation of all custom AC lines and a compressor mount to use the stock B7 compressor, however we cannot fool the stock ECU into switching on the compressor. As such we will be wiring in a signal through a GPO on the 034EFI and will also wire in the map switching feature which will allow me to switch between my street map (lower boost---more reasonable) and my race map with the flick of a switch. I am taking my GRE test tomorrow morning which is why progress has been slow but look for much much much more updates coming in the next month or so starting tomorrow.
