RS5 MMI Console (with Joystick) with the Alu buttons to be installed in S4

I have a S4 with the full blown MMI Navigation plus from factory + Keyless entry

My original S4 MMI console with joystick is as follows:
8T0 919 609 G - Operating Unit for MMI with Joystick [PR-4F2, 4I3] the PR codes mean "4F2 = Central locking system "Keyless Entry"" and "4I3 = Central locking system "Keyless Entry" without deadlock" respectively

I would like to install the new RS5 MMI console as it has the nice Aluminium effect buttons.

In the RS5 ETKA catalog there are two entries with PR-4F2, 4I3:

    They are:

    8T0 919 609 M - MMI Control with joystick for PR-4F2,4I3
    8T0 919 609 K - MMI Control with joystick for PR-4F2,4I3

Question is what is the difference between "M" and "K" suffix versions?
ETKA does not tell me anything else.

You can safely ignore the RS5 part 8T0 919 609 N because it is for Radio "LOW II" (does not apply my car)
You can safely ignore the RS5 part 8T0 919 609 Q beacuse it is for Radio "HIGH" Japan (does not apply my car)

Has anyone installed the RS5 MMI control with joystick into the S4 yet??? Love those alu effect buttons!!!

Is there any difference between the "M" and "K" vesions as the PR codes are exactly the same as the original S4 MMI console.

beautiful huh!.......and the MMI control console cost a small fortune so one does not wish to buy the wrong part.
any guidance would be much obliged.

    Thanks a million.
