    This is on a ROTOTEST dyno showing metric horsepower and torque in Nm, at the wheels. Dyno run was cut short because the operator said he noticed knock, and engine surge (see my thread in signature).
    Nonetheless the numbers seem fairly healthy for Stage 2, no?

    Adjusted for US numbers: 225.7 AWHP 272.2 lbs/ft Torque

    Mods:034 HFC, Milltek Sport exhaust (2.5" ID), Autotech HPFP, BMC panel filter, GFB DV+, Bosch F5DP0R plugs, silicone turbo inlet hose, JHM Stage 2 tune (US 93)

    Two dyno sheets. First one was my JHM tune, no meth, but nearly every bolt on you could get including, upgraded HPFP, catback, test pipe, intake.

    Runs were done with some 100 octane mixed in because of winter gas in New England.

    I’m not even talking about peak numbers though. I’m talking about the fact that you’re making 275-290 wheel torque for most of the power band.

    Look at my dyno. I miss 300 by a hair at 3k and I’m down to 250 by 5K. Your car doesn’t taper til 5K. 🤣🤣 My car made 3 or so more wheel torque but you hold it for what seems like forever 🤣🤣🤣

    Like I said, it’s a torque monster. The torque curve is impressive.

    I hope it really is. You have 3 dynos and 3 different sets of peak numbers. Peak numbers are for bragging rights. What shouldn’t change from dyno to dyno is how the powerband looks as a whole.

    I’d really like to see any MAF logs you have and some Draggy info would be cool. Looking at that data would help see what your car really makes for power. Your trap speed at the end of a 1/4 mile on a nice and flat stretch of road might be more accurate than a dyno because it’s your car on an actual road. And peak MAF data was almost identical to my peak WHP figure on the dyno I used so for my car, any change in peak MAF should equal a power increase of some sort (not really scientific). Since the dyno my MAF went from a peak of 270 GS at redline to now making 270 at 6K and making between 270 and 280 between 6-7K. I’m flowing more air for longer. This data matters. 😀 It’s logical to say I may have picked up 10 WHP since my last dyno.

    If you can do a 112-113 MPH consistently then you have a 400 CHP car. 107-108 puts you around 350 CHP. Those numbers are based on 3600 pounds with you in it.

Mod list: jhm stage 3 turbo kit with fueling upgrades, jhm test pipe, jhm large core fmic, ecs light weight flywheel and rs4 clutch, apr flap runners delete.     Yeah I looked everywhere for dyno numbers before buying it, but never found nothing I had to find out myself and hope anyone can find that useful. the car still can push some more power if a get water/meth kit and a s3 map sensor

    Yeah, you’re basically maxed out at 22 PSI with the stock MAP. The TD05 is a good match for our displacement and I’m sure there’s more you could squeeze out of it with the right tweaks and fueling.

    Those peak figures look good, but those hop and torque graphs look funky.

    When you get it from the pump it’s mixed with 87 but when you buy it by the drum the mix it with 100. The stuff in the drum is a lot better but you pay for it.

    At that point I should just buy a drum of straight ethanol for 1500. That should last me 2 years. Probably only need a half gallon per tank with 93 octane gas and meth.

    What does the s3 map sensor do . As I’m doing a s3 k04 064 turbo upgrade from a tfsi 220bhp with forged bottom end up rated hotpot s3injectors fmic and clutch etc . Looking for 350bhp 380nm torque hi flow cat and full miltek system

    The stock MAP sensor is only 2.5 bar. The ECU can’t see any boost over 22.5 PSI. If you get a 3 bar sensor the ECU needs to be tuned for it. If you’re running less than 22.5 PSI, you don’t need it.

    Motoza tune. 91 octane and meth, whatever Fort Collins elevation is (5003 ft) on about 25lbs boost. Unfinished tune. Will report back at a later date hopefully if it doesn't blow up.

    Healthy is debatable as I am tracking misfires above 6.5K, but work in progress!
