    Question shifter thread size?

    Guys I need to get a shift knob for my new S4, but I don't know what thread pitch the shifter is... any help?

    kinda not a fan of the jhm shift knobs. I bought one that was made for an infinity g35. even has the same shift pattern

    Are ALL Audi the same?

    Audi™: 12mm x 1.50


    What about the R8? I have tons of shift knobs for my JDM cars (Acura/Honda but they are Acura™ - manual: 10mm x 1.50) so they won't fit, how did you get an Infiniti knob to work?

    ^ don't quote me, but I believe all the Audi shift knobs that are threaded are the same.

    But my last b6 and I think a lot of the newer ones do not screw in. They slide on and are claimed into place

    the clamp part actually comes off and thats what screw on
    2000 Audi A4 B5 Quattro
    Mods: Frankenturbo F4L, ceramic coated exhaust manifold, APR catback exhaust, custom cat delete pipe, k&n intake, APR R1 diverter valve, 440cc fuel injectors, REVO Stage 3 software, GodSpeed front mount intercooler with aluminum piping, silicone turbo inlet & throttle body hoses, JHM drivetrain stabilizer, 034 Motorsport stiff motor mounts, ECS Tuning RA4 stage 2 Clutch and Raceland coilovers.
