Mine are still stock. I did read many negative reviews about stop-tech though.

stoptech 355 4wheel bbk on my car. fronts are ST-60 calipers instead of the regular ST-40. backs arent installed yet, brackets are kinda fucked for some reason.

ive tracked them on a circuit once since install, seem to work well thus far. some people love em,s om people have bad reviews. i have not had a problem with them yet

I Track The Car At Least 4 Times A Year At Summit Point Raceway In Wv And I Drive It Spiritly....it's One Step Away From Stage 2 Apr... Brakes Get Bled 3 Times A Year...stock Sets Get Replaced About 1-2 Times A Year I Go Through Tires Too....so In My Case I Need The Brakes

I would agree. Not that many people track their cars enough to warrant it.
I would say you definately do.

    Re: Big Brakes!

id take stoptechs over porsche brakes. the reasoning is, stoptech designs their calipers to be suited towards the car they are going on. example, s4 brakes and a6 brakes are the same and interchangeable (for the most part, both hp2) stoptech uses different size pistons on s4 calipers then the size of the pistons on the a6 caliper. depending if its 4 pot or 6 pot, will also determine the size of the piston they use. the 6 pot calipers from stoptech have 2 small pistons, and 1 bigger piston in the middle, which sizes would be different then say an s4 caliper that is 6 piston aswell

i dont know, i just think there is alot of engineering that goes into stoptech calipers over some others and thats why they are good. If you feel spendy Alcon is a very good way to go aswell, but stoptechs would be alot cheaper

    hope it helps
