    Re: H&R Race springs...

Here is my car with H&R race springs and Bilstein shocks. I'll have them for sale with-in a week. I am doing my suspension swap now. I have sport springs in the front and race in the back right now b/c I ran out of time and a place to do it. I am back in biz again (friends garage).

I think shipping will be a bit. maybe not with ground. Hows $50.00 + shipping. I'll find out first what it'll cost. Let me know if interested.

    Re: H&R Race springs...

thanks GiGi... depending on the tire, a 235 likes to rub lots, but others not so much! 225 doesn't rub unless I am turning on a slope (ie: driveway)

The ride depends on my PSI! 40psi has the best handling, but just a bit rough on the bumps... however not annoying to me at least. 36 psi has more comfort, but tire grip is compromised slightly.

    How much did you pay?

I am going to put a set of coil-overs in come spring.

The race springs sit the front end too low for here in North NJ. It only gets worse as the plows work through winter.

I had some rubbing issues b/c i bought big A$$ tires. 255/45/17. I had to roll the fenders some in the front and mod the fender liner. It still rubs some over big bumps.

The reason for the life raft size tires was b/c the last time I bought summer/track tires I had my 355ci work to the T, 85 Camaro. So I wasn't thinking right but I actually ended up liking the bigger tires.

It looks like it rubs in this pic but it wasn't

    I didn't forget you.

I had a nightmare of a time getting the fronts this past week.

I am going to do the rears this week and let you know.

I have to do rear springs, cam seals, valve cover gaskets and pre-cat O2's. Fun fun =)
