My passenger side foglight went out. I searched the forums and still not sure how to replace my foglight bulbs. I know it probably is an easy fix but just want to make sure. Do I take off the bumper or can i just pull the bumper grill right off? And do i pull straight on the bumper grill? Thanks!

    Re: B5 S4 foglight

just pull hard on the area around the fog light and it will *pop* off, then get you philips driver out and take off the screws three is what you should have, mine had two. next unplug or just twist the back of the housing off, the round part moves and boom, there is the bulb ready for you to replace. reverse install.

    Re: B5 S4 foglight

I have a 3000k HID kit waiting to be put on my fogs. Pretty damn skeptic on how to customize the OEM light bulb housing. Anyone have any experience on doing this? Looks like I will have to use a driller of some sort to make my own hole to fit the HID bulbs and keep them held in. Anyone have a better idea? And anyone know a good place to mount them? Thanks.

Does anyone know the part number for our foglight bulbs? Mine went out and it looks goofy with only 1 foglight fully functional.

    H7 bulb.

Since most are sold in pairs get some PIAA Ion H7 yellow bulbs. They work very nicely with the stock HID headlamps.

YOU DO NOT WANT HID FOGS trust me, they will flutter way too much and be so bright everyone will be blinded. unless you find a magic way to make them not move, its not worth it. just ditch the fogs and make more air flow to the ic :-)

no no, every little bump you hit will cause them to flutter, move up and down with the bumps, blinding everyone oncomming, just put some lam-X yellow film on and some silverstar bulbs and that will be more than enough light output.

^ I've never had a vehicle with fog light that flutter lol.

Maybe you don't have them secured on properly. Pretty sure auto manufactures don't make vehicles with fog lights the move around as they please.
With that said, I almost never see 'flutter' on any vehicles on the road. This leads me to think your fog lights are either attached with tape as stated, or your mounting brackets have broken mount points and are hanging on by a thread.
