OMG, my S is on Google Map Street View!!!!

I found this to be really funny. I google mapped my address to look for a particular street near me. I see there is a "street view" of my street, I click on it and BAM!

I see my house.

I rotate the street view right to face it east and BAM...I see my S driving away. Apparently I had just finish washing/drying my car, and now I'm driving it around to give it a good air dry...

LoL! I can literally track myself driving down my street and make that right onto columbia pike.

Streetview catches some interesting things. I've got a picture of streetview catching someone doing a drug deal somewhere in Alabama or something. It went around the web and I looked it up and saw it. I was able to get a screenshot of it before Google took it down. If you want to see it, I'll take a look through my folders for it.

I can see my car parked out front of my driveway from the satellite view. They took this probably a few months after I bought the car because it's new spot has been in the garage for a while now.

Its funny to think some dude is driving around every street possible while a 360* camera is shooting away every 2 seconds. Props to Google for hiring a team to do this, very awesome project.

That's actually the first thing I thought of when I first heard about the street view.

What scares me more than the gov't happening to catch you doing something less than legal in a quick snapshot like that is how easy it is for thieves to case out a place now.

Google maps and street view feels like an invasion of privacy to me. It makes being a stalker a whole lot easier. With the street view you can see my S and my roommate Mustang in the driveway. Kinda scary.

yeah i remember when i first saw this, they got a pick of my car when i had my 5.5 gen Maxima kinnda wierd, i watched a show on how they do it, its a minivan with a bunch of cameras on it that drives around and constantly takes pics supposedly

S4evr, hey you might want to take down that picture or edit it because in your Google Search Box it has your address... and the picture in the bottom right hand combined with your AZ info saying your city and state could give me a one block radius of where to look. Just thought I'd help out a little, I wasn't to pleased when I came home and my car was stolen.

These cars are thief-magnets to begin with. Posting up street views and addresses of where our cars rest at night on a public forum may not be the best idea fellas..
