    Audi A6 4F Xenon Retrofit

    Hello to all.
My first post and it is a request for help.
    I have Audi A6 4F year 2005 model.
The car originally came with Halogen headlights. I make a upgrade to Bi-Xenon lights.
I bought them both from a internet. Then i bought Bi-Xenon adapter from Kufatec (Germany) to make a connection from old to new lights. I put the extra wires (those are for High Beam Bi-Xenon bulb) which came with this adapter to ILM Fahrer modul as described ( double checked all connection).
When i start the things, appear only the low lights. I check the net, found expplanation of how and where i have to plug those extra wires - all done well to my car.
Then, trought VAG-COM, i try, but without success to make a recoding to Central Electric Modul - now there is a problem: i can't change the number which i want to change, but exacly - change coding from 0-Halogen to 2-Bi-Xenon.
    The question:
Exept that recoding, did i have to make some extra recoding or some more wiring/hardware.
Bi-Xenon lights are without Advanced Lights and Daylight.
The car originaly came without light washer system, so i don't have it.
Thx in advance for your help.

Are you using an original Ross-Tech vagcom wire?

Re: Audi A6 4F Xenon Retrofit

Good question and sorry 'couse i forgot to explain:
I can change many other codes - i mean i change any other codes when i need to change - just this where is for Bi-Xenon i can't - i dont want to "play" with other coding and CAN.
So, yes, i think the problem is not in cable/connection/VAG-COM itself.

P.S. This was realy fast answer, thx.

Did you try plugging in the number 3 or 4 instead of 2? check out this link http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/...al_Electronics

In fact you have to change the bordnetz to revision without L or B, because your is designed for halogen only.
