Brake bias will be in check...

Do not think for one second that the bias in the Alcons is any better...the calipers are OTS and not specially designed for the A4/S4 or RS4...

If this were the case STaSIS would have provided three different setups for the 8E chassis.

The Brembo RS4 calipers are designed for the volume of fluid that the 8E master cylinder provides.

I would pass on using the ECS calipers for the rear...RS4 rears would be the perfect compliment.

^not to mention RS4 rears would require no facny fab work... and you get to keep your ebrake

what made you decide to jump to a return fuel system so soon? im glad to see it, and i'm VERY excited to see how tuning goes with that in place, but i guess it seems like it could have waited maybe a little while? (either way, i'm not knocking it - props!)

it is not because of tuning, unitronic can tune on the returnless system...The other day I was trying to get the fuel line to pass as far away from hot parts in the engine bay and it started to kink, so i said to hell with that pos and since I am here I will go return at the same time..«so i will prob route the lines on the driver side because I want to stay away from hot exhaust parts, I will have a better view friday with the car on the lift

I guess you could have just got with a bigger line for the B6 system and then fab up an in-line filter and FPR in the back where the OEM filter is. To each and their own I suppose....

how would that work out on our cars? with it being returnless... could we just put in a normal generic type of fuel filter and run the lines like normal - then run a FPR up near the rail like a normal car?

(or fuel system is something i don't really understand... personally i think it's dumb lol)

the b6 it`s called returnless but there is no such thing as a returnless fuel system..the fuel filter is also the fpr it is preset on a spring at 3.75 bar and the entire line from the filter to the motor acts as a fuel rail..I understand they did this for emission purposes, fuel ìs heatd by the motor and vaporises making it more prone to escaping in the air and poluting

I decided to go with a return fuel system because
    it is proven
I can rise my fuel press easely in case I need more fuel
I wasn`t happy with the way the oem line was routed given my current set up, was way to close to things that get really hot

I am thinking boxster s rear calipers and rs4 disk...The boxster disk is 299x24mm rs4 is 320x22 so it`s close enough for the caliper
