We are going to be doing a production run of these with the (10) AEB cores that we have.
Lead time for completion is approximately 4 weeks starting from November 1st.

Retail on these will be $999US but we are going to offer them to the AZ community at a price of 875 US + shipping. At this time we will require a $500 US deposit to be placed for a manifold.

Throttle body options:
* 80mm DBW throttle body = + 275 US
* 75mm DBW throttle body = + 325 US
* 70mm DBW throttle body + adapter harness = +295US ( NEW)
* 65mm DBC throttle body - OBD-II = +275US
* 75mm DBC Ford Mustang throttle body - OBD-I TPS = +410US

Each set up is different.To date we have roughly 8 of these manifolds floating around but asking the users to do back to back dyno's is hard as they usually change many components when upgrading the intake manifold.

On a GT3076R or similar set up I am confident that you will see upwards of a 25whp gain.

Stefan (20vturbo) will be doing back to back dyno's just for his own personal satisfaction.When this is completed the results will be made official to members of AZ.

I have to say that I absolutely LOVE mine. On a B6 I had to cut the bracket which doesn't have anything in it that's right next to the coolant reservoir to make room for the throttle body and IC piping... but it was well worth it. also took some minor trimming of my headlight because of how my MAP sensor was located - but I have a 3" IC pipe and the flange for hte MAP was welded on without the headlight in so we never thought to leave room... that was my mistake.

this thing is one SOLID piece of work, i get more compliments on it than my turbo anytime people look under the hood. thanks again issam!

The B6 head will be fine.All you would need is the transition spacer from 034 Motorsport.

When a small port head does the job just fine.

Should see gains on a K04 equipped vehicle but I wouldnt expect much on a K03.

Yes back to the manifold but this dyno is worthless to us when there is no before. Someone needs to dyno with and without only the manifold with everything else the same!

Why doesnt 034 do this? Wouldnt this only sell manifolds when people can actually see what their $1000 is going to . I dont care how pretty it looks or whatnot I am not buying something especially at that kind of money when I dont see results.

Only available with the AEB big port lowers.For the small port you will need to run the transition phenolic spacer which we recommend.

Built AEB head with Cat cams, came from Bobq. Lets just say this B6 is pretty much getting everything.

I'll get the pics asap. And I can proudly report that I'm making power clear to redline and I'll have to have my limiter increased to see where it drops off. 338.4 awhp was the best for the day and also my third back to back pull... Made more power on each run. I'll post the charts as soon as I get them. Remember - pump gas, 21 psi, no lemmi-tweaks, stock cams
