Running Lean, Suspect Boost Leak, but where?

hey guys, i need some help.
since august ive been in and out of limp mode, pulling a code for running lean. so far i have replaced both the primary o2 sensor and the MAF, and from what ive read another cause could be a vacuum leak. Has anyone else had this problem, and if it was a leak, where was it located? Im just wondering if there are particular places i should look. or, if there are other causes to my symptoms, what should i look for or check. Thanks guys!

    Hello Fellow MDer,

What are your longterm fuel trims (block 032)?

    What year is your car?

Just take a look at ALL visible hoses. If you really want, you can do a boost leak test with the tennis ball method (covered in numerous DIYs)

I'd have thought a leak would make the motor run rich...

do you know the exact fault or fault description? example: long term fuel trim system lean mult. (multiplicative). can you hear any hissing from under the hood at idle? are there any other recurring faults?
