17x8 Avus wheel???

anyone know if they make a replica wider version of our stock Avus wheels, was thinking about going sleeper with my car, but getting some wider stocks. I've seen a couple of places that do custom widening if u send ur wheels in, but just wondering if anyone makes them in 8" thanks

i have a 18 x 8 for sale right now, its an s8 wheel identical to b5 s4 wheel. and not a b6 s4 wheel. pretty sleeperish

The S6 (maybe Avant only) comes with 17x8 Avus, which are exactly the same as ours except... 8 wide.

That's semi correct, the S6 Avus's are 17x8" but have an et35. And yes S8 Avus's are beautiful.

there are companys out there that widen wheels, such as the supra, some run 17x10.5, 17x9, etc also ive seen rx7's do this as well. they widen wheels to get ore tire on the pavement to hopefully got better traction

Our stock rims are ET35 unless I'm mistaken? I might just be thinking that ET35 works best on our car for other rims though.

second that mine are the same , I noticed that when i painted them two weeks ago, my summer set up is ET35. ( 18 ottie re's )
For the winter mode ( stock rims) I am going to run 10MM spacer to get the wheel gap full so the tires stick out as far as my summer rimms. S6 wheels would be nice but on a stock rim you can get a 235 to fit NP,

Just an FYI: OEM S8 Avus will need spacers to clear the OEM brakes if you have newish brake pads. IIRC, the S8 Avus are ET48 as oppose to the 45 offset of the OEM S4 Avus.
