thought on differnt color roof on santorin blue

my car is going in to the shop to paint the roof due to a stone chip just above the windshield...just wanted to know if anyone out there with a santorin blue has a black roof and how it looks....was just wondering because i am also planning on replacing my hood with a new cf hood.

i have a santorin s4 and ive been looking to do this for a couple months now, but i wanna do it in glossy black vinyl. I haven't been able to find a place around me that sells vinyl at a respectable price though.

my cars santorin also, and ive debated the idea of a gunmetal grey, i still might do it. post pics up if you decide to do it

yea it does, like i said, ive been wanting to do it...but all vinyl places around me are such ripoffs...one douche quoted me 300 just for the vinyl and 500 for install!!

i just ordered black vinyl for $47 and change shipped!! In the description it says that it doesn't fade for up to 9 years. I'll have to check out the quality once it arrives, but either way, for $47.00 its worth taking the risk.

Let us know how it turns out! Where'd you order the vinyl from and is it glossy or matte? I have a santorin A4 and this has crossed my mind as well. There seems to be more than a couple of us contemplating it so it must be a good idea haha.

i ordered glossy...but if your looking for something different..they have pretty much every color, including glossy, matte and CF (if your into that). Good prices, lets just see on quality when it arrives.

have them put a little blue pearl in the clear, trust me, its dope. my friend just did it to his blue wrx
