LED tailights - Where you got yours from?

I want to get a pair of these, but I would like to know from current owners where did you get yours (if from Ebay, please mention name of seller). Looking ONLY for the ones with resistors already in them, where I can just put them on and go.

It doesn't include resistors.
If you dont put resistors on, sooner or later the LED bulbs will get burned.

Yes, but they say that they won't set off the warning in the dash. The other ones say you have to call to find out about the dash warning light.

Well it looks like someone from Canada asked the seller some questions... I'm guessing jackyaudi? But the second link seller states that his do not come with resistors in the answer.

Quality wise, it won't really matter where you buy them because they all come from the same manufacturer in Taiwan. From what I remember there's only 2 factories who makes the B6 LED taillights.

find them for the cheapest price, they are all made in the same place.

There is contradicting stuff here. Some are saying that we need resistors no matter what, and others are saying they been using them with no resistors without problems.

I just sent a PM to A4 moda to ask him the price and if we need resistors with the ones he is selling. I will post updates.

i'm still trying to find some LED tails that are clear along the top. no black ring around the whole thing. black doesn't go with my car at all. i want clear along the top, and red along the red lense part.. does anybody make these? in LED? i've seen the DEPO ones on ebay, but they're not LED...

NO, resistors blocks certain amount of voltage that goes through.

Well, being that they drop an amount of voltage, I would say that they would help the life of the LEDs as well as prevent the warning light in the dash.

high voltage cause LED bulbs to get more heat and thus higher chance of burned LEDs.

with 150 ohm resistors, less voltage goes through and thus cooler temperture of LEDs. a lot less chance of getting unusal burned LEDs.
