I have an eBay Vag-Com and never really worked properly. And when it did, it too forever to do anything. Get out of the couch, get a job, and get the real thing from www.ross-tech.com. Best $200 you'll ever spend.

if you use the ebay cable with 409.1 it works great, at least it has for me so far
