i usually use a longer screw with like a nut as a washer to tight it down good.

Are you sure those are 440's, they are typically green (unless Genesis which those aren't). As Charlie said, you will need to use a spacer and possibly a longer bolt

thats true.. didnt notice that. The 440cc are the bosch green tops.... maybe they are genesis

Edited my post, the Genesis injectors arent "fat" like that in the middle, those are definitely in the "green top" series/type of injector, definitely not Genesis, there skinny like me

Bosch 440's are green, it doesnt HAVE to be that injector, but I would definitely make sure they are 440cc!!!!

the ring around the top is blue, you can't see it from the picture... AND YES they should fucking be 440cc because I bought the GTRS complete solution from Ecode, and so far not much of it has gone too smoothly. They do however have good customer service.

Clearly they are not the bosch that I purchased.. and if they no longer use those injectors (which I will not believe for a second) then I really need to know what the fuck is going on over there. ANGRY FACE.

runs nicely, perfect idle, smooth acceleration... hit boost lightly on t1 b1 settings and it had a nice ' put me in the back of my seat' feeling. Can't wait to log and up the boost and timing. can I get away with just logging lambda correction, and cf's while upping the boost and timing?

I also don't think they are using 550's exclusively like you said, otherwise I would have gotten them (seeing as when I ordered my kit.. 2 months ago.. they didn't bother getting the injectors sent until just two days ago)

As Graig said, these are Delphi's and are way better then Genesis 430's.

Any injector between 430cc and 550cc will work identically with the REVO programming for the Eliminator files from REVO.

440cc Delphi



440cc Bosch Green top



550cc Genesis




You would be surprised at how resilient the programming is since there is a 22% swing from 430cc to 550cc.

yeah all the o-rings are seated correctly, if they weren't I think I'd have an engine fire by now? and yeah, the camera is fucking awful.. but I got those metal clips into the slots on the injector and they are seated properly.

those are not 440 cc Delphis in the picture.
Scott from USRT just used generic injector picture in this case.
