Well at my Dads place in Bowie ( I`m in Annapolis) i have a garage, a lift, and tools, at my convieence)... you buy the parts, beer and like fifty bucks (its my neighbors shop, i always through him a few dollars) and we can get it done on a saturday if you drive back into town.
