That'll work, be aware that is a full frame 2860 not an Elim. I thought Elim was the way you wanted to go.

I ran this setup back in 2004 and it is now obsolete. The Eliminator setup makes a little more power and has far less headaches.

Kirk, you and I have made countless BT posts.. I think you should just go with the elim. 71r from Eurocode. (Because the elim. GTRS is backordered for 6 weeks) Are you on a tight budget? Or are you just looking for a deal somewhere? What are you REALLY looking to get, turbo wise?

Yeah I ordered my 71r elim setup the other day and they told me good thing I ordered the 71r because the GTRS is backorder from ATP for 6 weeks!!

My install was flawless and only took 3 days with 6 hours of wrench time each day. I never ran into not having a part or having the wrong one. I know you get anxious but take your time and do it right.

I never really trust ebay.. and you're very correct, we dump so much money into new turbo's for our cars so I say if you want to get 100% guarantee of quality parts, buy from a reputable dealer. i.e DTH Eurocode ATP and what not. But that is completely up to you

You may save 10-20 bucks on ebay but it always comes back to bite you in the ass.

If it really IS the ATP kit they I would say go for it. But if you look on their website at that setup there are a few options you can choose for that setup. If it is the one for your car then it will be quality. That's the guessing game I don't like to play on ebay...

$995 isnt that great of a price for a used turbo. I would also be wondering if it is a refurbed which isn't all that bad but a GTRS can be bought from Supreme pwer Parts for $1399 brand new and the hardware is included. The hardware if bought seperate runs about $260 so you are getting a brand new GTRS for $1139. Id rather pay the extra $144 for a new turbo.

I buy and sell a lot of things on eBay but a turbo is one thing I wouldn't buy there. You're not going to get the same level of customer service you would get when dealing with Eurocode or Shawn. Each of them will work with you to make sure your setup is running correctly while most sellers on eBay won't take the time.
