Those running Miro 279 wheels (LM reps) would 38 et work on the S4...

i think you need to run some 5mm spacers to clear the hp2 calipers. giving you a 33 offset

Let me know what kind of spacer you end up using. Are the ones you bought a 38 offset? Are they the Alt Tangents or the Miros?

I run them, and I have 8mm spacers, and I had you grind down the caliper a little bit too. I think 10mm if I'm not mistaken, but the wheels I ordered were all machined all wrong! They came with mercedes hub size and back spacing. Annoying.

I definitely will. I'm working on going Stage III. Once that is all settled, the wheels are coming on (within the next week or so). I picked them up used for a great deal locally. I just cleaned them up, and they perfect. No nicks or curbage so I'm happy. Should I go 8 or 10mm with the spacers?

2008 post bumped. Anyone have Miro Type 279 wheels with a 35mm offset on a B5 S4 with new front brake pads. Is 10mm spaces enough and any rubbing on a lowered car? I am thinking about putting some on my B5 S4 with stock calipers and new pads.
