Blown hoses, Mbc not working, K04 installed and it sucks! HELP!

This is B5 audi a4 quattro
So about a month ago i got my k04 installed, i was so excited to get
the car on the road. Sop i picked it up from the shop and started driving. I was on my way to maryland from NY... When i noticed that my a/c was overheating (mind you im 30 min away already) so i pulled over and popped the hood. I look for anything suspicious and wat do i see my turbo GLOWING a bright red. I had to get the car towed back to the shop (125$) and have them fix it. They forgot to FLUSH the coolant. My turbo to this day is pink, well to be more specific its the housing thats pink. So i got it all straightend out and when i put it to the ropad i really didnt feel a big diffrence in the power, i wasnt impressed. So i went for a chip, i got a GIAC low boost file chip, and it felt ****in great *for a week. (now i run a unitronic 1+, as of waterfest)

Then i started notcinbg that my car was sputerring, it was sounding like a huge vacumm when i hit on the gas and it was pulling like ****. So i started checkin all hoses to the intake and to the turbo. To my suprise i TORE through the turbo inlet hose. Tore an elbo comming of of the intake. So i got them replaced. Another week goes by tore it again*inlet hose, So i learned i put an APR slicone hose there yesterday. While installing the hose i also intalled my turbo smart MBC. I turned the MBC like two turns, and took it out for a test run with my new hose and my new mbc. NOTHING i didnt feel any sppol of my turbo, i didnt feel the chip kick at like 2800rpms, i felt like a dog. Iattached my MBC to the wastegate and the actual turbo, and just kept the n75 connected electroniclly.

My questions for you guys are:
1. Did i install my mbc right??
2.Is my turbo fried, shoud i get a new one?
3.Wat would stop me froming blowing all these hoses? AND
4.How do i install my boost gauge on my car??

remove mbc, get car running before changing too many things at once.

From your list of parts you need to add a FMIC to your setup also does your turbo still glow red when you pop the hood as your CAT may have had it and did you upgrade your FPR as I see you are now running 380cc injectors.

In regards to the MBC sounds like it may be installed incorrectly so as stated swap back to the N75 and sort the rest of the things out as I would have thought a FMIC should be high on your list of things to do rather than just trying to up the boost as all that will happen is you will heat soak your engine in no time at all and that will cause the ECU to kill your power to cope with it all.

its a ko4 uni file and i no im workin on the fmic right now, also yea i have 71 thousand miles so my cat might be shot, my turbo kind of glows red alittle, also i have not yet upgrade my fpr. so i should get a 4 bar right??

I would check with the tuning company that wrote the file and see what hardware it was set-up to run with as you may be running out side the chips abilities which in turn is causing you issues also get that CAT looked at.

Well some of my answers are from a few years reading threads and seeing similar issues and then here how they got round the problem and your turbo glowing being one.

The other thing is just logic and experience.

You will find loads of info by just reading about peoples problems and how they fixed them and after a while you recognise symptoms and so you pass the info on.

so i spoke to unitronic today and guess wat! they gave me a stage 1+ file instead of a stage 2+ file ko4. so i need to get it flashed again and put 380cc injectors in andvi think ill be fine
