HELP asap

so i've been screwing around trying to get the driver side wiper arm off with no success.

I've probably sprayed/soaked the thing in pb blaster 5 times now, tapped, hammered, pulled, wiggled with it for quite some time. Any tips whatsoever?

starting to get frustrated.

You may need to buy a wiper puller.

pliers and a hammer..lol thats what i used. but i was replacing ine so I didnt care about f'n them up.

you might want to try and pull the wiper arm to its upright and try pulling form the base.

yeah this can be LOCKED.
pretty much just went back out after my post and pried the hell out of it with my hands, not caring if it broke or not, and it came off
