ok, im really jones-ing to get my car back and start driving her again..

but i've been thinking while she's down to maybe paint my wheels(don't want to powdercoat them as i want it to be more of a temporary thing). did it on my B5 and liked it a lot.

so here goes. can someone make my wheels, i know this is a lot probably, but one pic black, one pic dolphin(or close to) grey, and one gold.

i think im going to go with black, for a little while at least.. i don't think this style of wheel can pull off gold. at least not in the shades i see so far.

I would go with black or the gold from post 11, and tint the tails and sidemarkers, and then spray the headlight housings black, and maybe tint them lightly too. Then yellow Lamin-X on the fogs?

bronze/gold wheels... smoked tails, joey mod lights, smoked side markers, tinted windows, lowered, DG, BT, unpainted lowers (lol) etc etc etc.

nah, im not too into exterior modifications. at least ones where it doesn't look factory, or close to it. clear cornered lights are good enough for me..

gold is to much. and these wheels(although i think are baller being Porsche and 9" wide all around) just arent right for the gold style. i think you need a mesh type style like BBS LM's or RS's.

but the black does look REALLY good to me. im definately doing it soon. i'll post pics here in the next few weeks. but i need tires first as im not even on these rims currently
