Strafe design customer service

I ordered a front splitter, side skirts and side skirt winglets from Strafe design 3 months ago. It took 7 weeks for the first package to come it was just the side skirts. I emailed them and took like 3-4 emails before they answered saying the rest would be shipped out later that week. I just received the next package and it’s another set of side skirts. This company’s customer service is horrendous. I have no idea if and when I will get the items I PAID FOR. Just a warning beware it’s impossible to get an answer out of them it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and now I have 2 sets of side skirts and none of the rest of my order
