Anyone install the iAbed TB on an APR tune? Or a stock tune?

I'm dual pulley and can't get rid of the P2279 and P0068 codes w/ the 74mm TB. I've reinstalled this 3 times and am sure I am over the 11n-m torque spec and even put some teflon on the meth port plug. Thinking of using gasket sealant also.

Is the only way to resolve switching tuners? APR obviously doesn't have a separate file for this.

Thankswill there ultracharger tune not work? APR sells it seperate now.

The codes are likely not an air leak and are due to the throttle body needing an update in the tune to account for the extra air flow. If you search this thread you will see it is not that uncommon. APR will be unlikely to update the tune for this TB I would guess. The codes aren't hurting anything though, assuming it isn't causing a CEL, which is more just annoying and masking other codes.

Im mainly looking for any other APR DP users for verification that they didn't need any additional coding to not throw those 2 codes, if installed more correctly.

Also, you may need to tighten more than 11nm that spec assumed an o-ring, which is no longer there. You could also try silicon gasket maker instead.

I have the smaller metal one on the mouth of SC inlet and the larger paper based one between the TB and the adapter.

Original stock spacer did have a rubber gasket.

Its 8 screws...kind of hard to mess it up.

Just to close the loop on my case, I switched tuners for a throttle body specific tune and the CEL and codes went away.

The iAbed TB is NOT always a plug and play solution.

was this hard codes or just soft codes? I know giac throws 2 soft codes, air leak and throttle position something but no check engine light and doesn't seem to affect anything that i can tell but i don't have a datalogger.

who did you switch from and too(i assume 034?) may i ask, and how big of a difference was it?

I switched tuners as well and rescaling for the TB fixed it. I kept being told it must be leaking, but that was not the problem.
