So today I tried to reset my service reminder light and also change the fuel map to 100 octane since I'm going in for a dyno next week. However, I just found out my OBD2 port doesn't work. A few months ago, I was tapping into the wires at the port for the P3 boost gauge install but ended up using a different source for the power. From then on, I haven't plugged anything into the port and before, it was working fine. Could it be a blown fuse? If so, where would be the location of the fuse? I bought the car used back then and it didn't come with the owner's manual. Thanks in advance!

The fuse box is right next to the obd port. Why would you splice into that being so close to the fuse box.
