So a few weeks ago I put an aftermarket amp on the car. On the passenger side where the a/c line comes through the firewall there's a rubber grommet. I put the power wore through there, and until last week everything seemed fine. We got a weekend of hard rain and when I went to drive the car I could hear a lot of water moving in the car. Pull up the carpet and sure enough there's got to be over a gallon under the carpet but coming through. I also have the air bag light on now too.

I got all that water up, and after inspecting the seal around the a/c line it wasn't sitting on there right. I couldn't get it seated so I remover it and sure enough inside there was water. Now I silicone packed that hole around there and after a rain a couple days ago no sign of water. Now today we got a ton of rain, and its back. I pop the good and the hole compartment with the battery, and around the cabin filter is standing water a couple inches high.

Is there a drain that is supposed to get all the water out of that compartment under that shield? It's supposed to rain a bunch more tonight. I need help FAST!

There should be a battery drain hole. Remove the battery and clear the drain.

Check the sunroof ones while you're at it too!
