Hey guys, I'm having this issue where sometimes when I start my car it starts perfectly fine, but some other times, it doesn't turn on at all, the rpm is so low that it just dies, and right after that i start again, it makes a sounds like if its choking or stalling, and the only way of getting passed that sound is when is when i push on the gas...
Is it my alternator? water pump? battery? starter? any other issues?
Please help guys!
I'm literally going nuts

Is it random or do you notice certain behaviors at certain engine temps? (i.e. Cold/warm)
Do you have vagcom?
Could be time for a carbon clean.

Well the first time i start the car for the day, it starts okay.. But then i drive it around and do my stuff, after leaving it parked for an hour or 2, thats when it dies on me stalls on start, even sometimes when i turn it on, i feel like something is rubbing on the fan or makes a sound thats sounds like that..
No i dont have vagcom but i do have a codereader.. And nothing comes up
What should i clean up? I added a fuel injector cleaner, i changed my filters, except my fuel filter which is located near the exhaust i think.

Yeah fuel filter isn't likely a cause but could be useful to change. Harsh cold start-ups can be partially caused by carbon buildup.
How many miles?

How much does a carbon clean up cost usually? (Noob question i know)
2008 with 137xxx miles mostly highway from what my previous owner said.
But how can you be sure its not the alternator or anything else?

Yeah carbon clean is just a general thing to consider, I wouldn't jump right in on getting that done. Not cheap from what I've seen.
You inspected the spark plugs?

Not yet haven't checked that, can it happen that one of them don't work and the rest works? Or the car just doesnt turn on if one is burnt

Just pull all of them and look for irregularities. Post a pic when you get them out.

I think it depends on the year, some 2007s used Bosch. Mine's a 2006, ran like crap with Bosch and everything else except for the NGKs that are OEM for the 3.2

These are considered the "genuine" ones for our 3.2s. I use the same ones and my car runs great.
