Hey everybody I'm super new to this but what would yall say is the first thing I should do to my a4 2.0 , of course the first thing I'm going to do is change the tip tropic transmission to the manual transmission but after that I don't know what I should start modifying, from the suspension, to more power ,or going from fwd to awd

If you have fwd and aren't already a manual, I have some bad news for you. You have the dreaded CVT transmission. Swapping to a manual transmission should be high on your priority list.

Ya I know that's the first thing I'm going to do is swap the cvt to manual asap but I was wondering what I should do after that

Depends on your budget. Tune and/or coilovers + wheels to start. Then either an HFC or test pipe. Afterwards, maybe an upgraded HPFP depending on tune.

I guess it just depends on what's important to you and your car. A stage 1 tune is nice and wakes up the engine but if you plan on wanting more power a BT kit is always fun. But with more power you may/will need upgraded brakes and if the suspension feels tired might as well upgrade it too. So it depends on what you ultimately want from the car.

You would be better off switching are then trying to do a manual swap on that specific car. Unless it has some type of personal value to you, that is a rather expensive and a labor intensive even if you plan on doing the swap yourself. There are way to many other parts that need to be upgraded when the trans is out. Mounts, cross rod, shifter, clutch with flywheel rear diff mount, Ect. Like I said, unless there is a significant amount of money in the car already or you have significant love for that specific car, might be a good Idea to keep what you have.
