Hey Guys,
I would like to start this thread off by saying thanks for all of the support you guys have given us this far! I would also like to thank again those of you who come to us for all of your maintenance or replacement parts and those of you who already purchased our JHM Short Shifter, our JHM Lightweight Flywheel and Clutch Combo, and even our JHM 4:1 Center Diff Upgrade.
For those of you who have never heard of us or barely know who we are, check out our Audizine Tuner Spotlight Video! (I know there aren't any B7 A4s in this video but trust me, we have our hands in them and products are being developed!)
http://youtu.be/QhuyFGzSgcM
I purchased the car completely bone stock with the intent of having products developed and tested on it (Yes that means intentionally beating the crap out of my car to insure the quality of our parts). Those of you who came out to our annual BBQ in April may remember the car (Some of you felt the Trio Package).
Vehicle Specs:
2008 Audi A4 2.0T S-line quattro
6 –Speed Manual Transmission
96,000 Miles
100% Bone Stock (When I Got it)
The Car:

Goals:
Our goal for the B7 A4 2.0T platform is to produce the quickest and fastest cars and to supply you with aftermarket support to get you there. We have completed these goals with every platform we have stepped into and will continue to do so. (See my sig for record setting videos)
Supplying tons of maintenance and replacement products is something we also do. We want to help keep our customers cars in tip-top shape and at the same time, keeping everything affordable. If there is something you are looking for on our website and do not see it, please let us know because we can get it for you.

Stay tuned for pictures of these/future installs as well as news for product developments!

But then what turbo do they base it off of? What injectors? Octane?

It was just a thought, but S3 injectors on 91/93/100 octane with GTX2863/2867 would be a good place to start.

We will have something similar to the V8 launch assist. Right now I have to drop the clutch at like 7k for a decent launch LOL.

Right now we are working on some options that are more proprietary. I will be able to release more information about this as we get closer because I am sure we will keep changing avenues as we go on.

Hey Guys,
One of the most common questions we get is how much flywheel "chatter" you get when upgrading to our JHM Lightweight Flywheel and Clutch Combo (http://jhmotorsports.com/shop/catalog/jhm-lightweight-flywheel-and-clutch-combo-b7-rs4-pressure-plate-for-b7-a4-20t-p-1257.html) for the B7 A4 2.0T. Because we get this question so often, I have put together a cabin noise video with the JHM Lightweight Flywheel and Clutch Combo installed with it completely silent inside of my car (windows up, AC and radio off) so you can get an idea on how little noise the lightweight flywheel actually makes.
Video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=715PiUzzT5o&feature=share&list=UUeIzPZgwRSOYSd_g2WnNVTg
Like I state in the video, it takes having to purposely shift into a high gear at a low speed to really bog the engine to make the lightweight flywheel make any kind of intolerable sounds. However, you will experience very similar results when bogging your engine with an OEM heavy dual-mass flywheel as well. Those of you who have a Test-pipe or some sort of aftermarket exhaust (completely stock exhaust in this video) will more than likely never hear it and if you have your windows down, AC/Heater on, or even your radio at moderate levels you will most likely not notice it either.
For those of you that are local, I would be more than happy to take you for a ride to hear it first hand!
If you have any questions, please ask! I am here to help. [up]

hey jake how does everything hold up at 7k launch i was too afraid of breaking something. i have all the same mods as jake and my flywheel chatter is barely noticeable. I am very happy with all jhm's products. I put them all on at the same time and have almost ten thousand miles on them and almost a year( no problems yet). I am waiting for the tune to come out to see how it performs against my apr. Are you going to panda tomorrow night jake?

09-10-2013, 11:35 AM
UPDATE:
We noticed right away when we started the development on our JHM 2.0T Tuning some months back that my A4 was being a bit hesitant and misfiring as soon as the car would start boosting above 10psi. Our first instinct was that there was an issue with my spark plugs based on our years of firsthand experience with turbo Audis in our shop. After removing my spark plugs, we checked the gap and they were all at .045 which is why I was getting the misfire. The plugs that came out of my car were Denso PK20PR11 plugs, and looking at their website it shows that those are the plugs that Denso recommends for the B7 A4 2.0T, yet they come at their recommended gapped of .044. However, Audi recommends that the plugs be gapped at .028 which is quite different than a .044 gap, so always make sure your plugs are at the right gap before you install them as whoever installed these plugs in the car before I purchased it, did not. The increased gap over stock (recommended is .028 by Audi) adds more resistance for the coil to fire across the gap. This is okay sometimes when boost levels are stock since the engineers have to factor in spark plug wear. However when you add boost it increases the resistance to jump the gap and it is just like increasing your gap even more, hence the misfires. My car most likely would have been okay if the installer of the Denso plugs would have regapped them to spec. However we do not believe in using plugs that aren’t a close to stock gap since they were most likely engineered for a non-boosted application.
Denso Plug:
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-5-13/JHM_largegapplug.jpg
I replaced my Denso Spark Plugs with the OEM Bosch Spark Plugs we have on our website HERE! (http://jhmotorsports.com/shop/catalog/spark-plug-oem-bosch-long-life-platinum-for-b7-a4-20t-p-357.html) I made sure they were gapped at .028 prior to install for our tuning development purposes. This was because we have to make sure that everything is functioning 100% perfect at the stock plug gap for those people who would be purchasing the tune and still on their original plugs (I know the gap size will increase over time as they get used, however we have seen quite a few very low mileage 2.0Ts). Needless to say we would have been okay with the off the shelf gap of .032, but they would have .004 gap less to work with as they wore down with mileage.
Spark plugs are essentially the center of your car’s ability to run and make power. When you increase your boost, you are increasing your cylinder pressure which makes your coil packs have to work harder to jump the given gap. The shorter gap will also help insure a better fire with more consistency. Considering that your plugs can fire over 100 times a second, making sure that you keep the best gap for your application is a must. That way you will always have a proper burn and not have a spark plug caused misfire. That being said, a .028 (Factory spec) gap is going to be much less strain on the coil packs/motor than .044, hence why I was misfiring when my cylinder pressure increased.
In addition, the spark plug works as a heat exchanger by pulling the unwanted thermal energy from the combustion chamber. The heat range given to a spark plug defines the spark plugs ability to dissipate the heat. Both Bosch and NGK are popular spark plug manufacturers and their heat range designations both utilize a number between 1 and 10 and are often times confused with each other. NGK goes down a number every time the heat range gets HOTTER and Bosch goes down a number every time the heat range gets COLDER. For the 2.0T the OEM Heat Range for NGK is “7” and the lower the number for NGK, the hotter the heat range is (like stated previously). For example, the BKR6E is going to be hotter than the BKR7E. The OEM Heat Range for Bosch is “6” and the lower the number, the colder it is (like stated previously). For example, the F5DPOR is going to be a colder plug than the F6DTC. The rate of heat transfer for the spark plug is determined by a few things; the length of the insulator nose, gas volume around the insulator nose, the material of the center electrode, and the construction of the porcelain insulator. Keep in mind, the spark plugs heat range has no relationship to the actual voltage that is being transferred through the spark plug!
There is a lot of information to take in to understand sparkplugs, and at time can be quite confusing. That is why we have done the research for you and are here to supply you with the correct sparkplugs for your application.
OEM Replacement Spark Plugs:
There are two different spark plugs that came in the B7 A4 2.0T. Therefor both choices will be a direct replacement for your vehicle. We have had great experiences with both of these manufactures and choice will ultimately come down to preference.

Higher Boost Applications:
The following plugs are pre gapped at a perfect width to keep misfires away on high boost applications. We use these plugs in our race cars and customer’s cars with great success.

Hmm seems like i overlooked the gap size. Had the same misfiring problems and replaced the plugs with the NGKs which made it a lot better but still feel a tad bit hesitant (especially mornings). Was about to change the coilpacks but will look into the gap size first. Thanks for this great write up.

Jake, I just wanted to clarify the spark plug heat ranges. I just picked up a set of bkr7e plugs after I went stage 1 based on the information from the FAQ post (http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/423881-The-B7-A4-Spark-Plugs-Replacement-Guide). It says that the NGK is a 6 for stock, and 7 is one step colder. The info is also different for the Bosch plugs too. Which is right?
I will be regapping my plugs today though to see if I can cure the hesitation I have. Good info either way [up]

This is true. We have been selling these plugs since 2009 and people buy these very frequently!

We took a look at that thread you linked and although it is filled with a ton of good information the heat ranges are off for a 2.0T B7 A4. The information in that thread is based off of OEM 2.7T and 1.8T Heat ranges. Also the OEM PFR6Q for the 2.7t/1.8t is mentioned in that thread which was NOT OEM on a 2.0T. The 2.0T comes from the factory 1 heat range COLDER than the 2.7T and 1.8T because the 2.0T is a higher compression engine with similar boost, 9.3:1 vs. 10.5:1 respectively. Higher compression engines generally need colder plugs, boosted (assuming similar boost) or NA and Audi followed this rule with the 2.0T if you look at the EXACT OEM plug ranges for either engine. An Audi specific NA example is that the B7 RS4 (12.5:1) has a 1 range colder plug than the B6-B7 S4 (11.0:1) also following this rule. Obviously Audi engineers put much thought into the exact heat ranges but an engine is an engine and higher compression generally requires a colder plug, just like higher boost does since both create more cylinder pressure. Running too hot of a plug can lead to pre-ignition (pinging) and possible engine damage.

^^ Good to know Jake. I didn't even check the OEM heat ranges.. stupid me [facepalm] Here's a link to some direct replacement OEM plugs from ecs tuning, and they're the 7 series NGK (http://www.ecstuning.com/ES8925/). The more you know! Hopefully kristokes takes a look at this and modifies the FAQ page.
Back on topic, the build here is awesome. Definitely sub'd!

Good read on the spark plug info up there Jake [up] I usually run NGK BKR7Es but just recently switched to NGK BKR8EIX. Going off of Kristokes original thread these would be for Stage 3 BT cars, but I'm running them in a Stage 2 car without any issues. I checked the gap and the they came gapped at .032. Also in many threads I have read where guys are running plugs with bigger gaps, like in the .040-.044 range. I guess in this case the bigger number isn't always better huh? Your B7 is looking good BTW.

No problem man! Yea, the larger the gap that harder you are going to be working your coil packs. The plugs you are using should work great for stage 2 using a .032 gap.

I just upgraded to the R8 coils red revision E from stock oe coils. I have 42k on my 08 B7 S-line and I'm APR stage 2+ I also normally gap at .032 but tried .036 the last two times once on the old coils and now with the new ones. I had seen another post that talked about gap sizes and with a wider gap you could get more spark and better detonation but it can be harder in your coils due to the energy needed to jump the gap. With either set of coils and gaps I have had no issues and good clean burned plugs with any hesitation that I can feel. Is .036 too much if our normal for stage 2+ is .032?

While you are correct regarding the wider gap being a better spark (To an extent), that matters much much more on a N/A engine. These 2.0Ts seem to really like the .028-.032 spark plug gaps. I am sure you would be able to run relatively fine on a .036, however as they wear down you will lose plug life because the gap is getting bigger and you will start misfiring until you replace or regap them. The plugs that came in my car were gapped at .045 and I was getting terrible misfires once the tuning process started, and at that time I by no means had anything near a production tune. Misfires would start happening at anything above 11psi. As soon as I threw in the .028 OEM NGKs the problem was solved.

Thanks for the info. I will check the wear in a couple of weeks and re gap them if i have problems with wear. If I have no issues I will just swap them at my next oil change since that's about when I change my plugs seeing that they are cheap.

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to give everyone a big thanks! I have noticed an increase in sales from everything from Spark Plugs to Oil Change Kits to Valve Cover Gaskets and even Coil Packs. Every time we make a sale on 2.0T related products, that money goes straight to R&D costs to help develop performance products to get this platform where it deserves to be.
Because I appreciate your guys's continued support so much, on your next order from us for B7 A4 2.0T related products, mention my build thread in your order comments to receive a FREE JHMotorsports T-shirt! (Specify shirt size in comments).
Thanks again,

You should be able to get to it easily by just letting the rear of the cradle sag (You wont brake anything). However, use a jack to get the cradle all the way up before putting the bolts back in to prevent cross threading!

UPDATE:
Since we are developing our own 2.0T Tuning solutions for the B7 A4, my car has been going through rigorous testing and is always being pushed to the limits for the sake of Research and Development. During the process of beating on my car, I experienced a severe loss of power. As most of you already know, our 2.0T Diverter Valves do not like to see too higher than stock boost levels for very long. The non updated Diverter Valves usually fail within 6 months of the car being tuned because of the higher boost levels. So having 97k miles I decided to take a look at my DV!
Replacing your Diverter Valve is easier than most people think, and below are the tools I used.
Tools needed to remove DV:
1x Socket Wrench
1x 2" Extension
1x 5mm Allen Socket
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/one.jpg
The first thing you are going to want to do is remove your belly pan, once your car is up in the air (whether it be Jack Stands or a Lift).
Removing the belly pan requires you to loosen the plastic screws and you can use a Flat Head or Phillips Screwdriver to do so.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/two.jpg
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/three.jpg
Once the belly pan is off, you can see the bottom of your turbo where your Diverter Valve is located. Take the harness and unplug it.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/four.jpg
Once the harness has been unplugged, remove the three 5mm Allen Bolts from the DV.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/five.jpg
Now, pull the DV out of the turbo (should come straight out).
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/six.jpg
Put the new Updated Diverter Valve into the turbo and tighten the 5mm Allens back up and torque them to about 8ft-lbs and plug the harness back in.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/seven7.jpg
Now put the belly pan back on and you are done!
As we suspected, my DV had a nice tear in the diaphragm.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/eight.jpg
Here is a side by side shot of my torn DV next to my new Updated OEM Diverter Valve. As you can see, the design totally changed removing the failure prone diaphragm with a upgraded piston style valve.
http://jhmotorsports.com/projects/JHM-Jake_B7_A4_20T/8-23-13/ten.jpg
Interesting enough, in the stack of invoices that the previous owner of the car gave me, it showed that the DV was replaced a couple of years ago (same shop that did the spark plugs). They either put installed non updated DV in, or charged the previous owner for a DV replacement and never actually changed it. Unfortunately, the invoice I have from that shop does not show part numbers, just states "Diverter Valve".
For those of you who are experiencing a loss of power, you may need to change your DV! We offer the new updated one on our website for $65.

Yeah I will but check it next time thanks Jake.I was in a bind and had to go to the dealership (which is normally when cars break down needing special non stocked parts). I may buy one for a spare even though I have the newest update and it's only a few months old. I've noticed its good to have spare normal wear items ie DV, coils, spark plugs, MAF for Audi's. I have t had many issues or really any but my DV in the 1 1/2 years I've had my car and it's only mildly tuned with low miles.

keeping parts on hand is definitely a great idea if you have the cash to invest in parts that you may not use for a while. However, we stock just about every maintenance item and if for some reason we do not have it, we get it 95% of the time next day. We are getting deliveries 3 times a day from our suppliers to help insure we have everything in stock and ready to ship ASAP. [up]

We have been working with the basics from all our B5 S4, B6-B7 S4, B7 RS4 and B8 S5 (among others) combined experience over the years. This all apparently came in very handy and all the products performed well as we expected.
Soooo we went to the track with some new parts to confirm what we found with other testing. Here are our results. MUCH more to come soon!

As in 3" front to back? You would probably want to split it off into a y and 2.25 or 2.5", otherwise you would have a ginormous exhaust tip on one side only.

Our downpipe goes from 3" to dual 2.5" Y and was made to mate to any B6 or B7 S4 cat back. Using our JHM/FI 2.5" Cat-back will flow more than a single 3" as well as eliminating drone.

We also have some 93oct footage for you guys that will be uploaded in the next couple of days.. [evilsmile]

By splitting into dual 2.5" [:D]

I don't think the wye kills the drone. STASIS is also wye designed and it drones. I think what you mean to say is Taft you designed the system volume to be at a natural frequency then the engine.

I was saying that making it a dual exhaust doesn't eliminate drone. And as an example, I was stating that the STASIS exhaust splits into two and it still drones.

Just so everyone is aware, our JHM 2.0T Test Pipe and HFC officially released and in stock and ready to ship!
Hey everyone!
Finally, a no-compromise, performance-first 3" Test Pipe and High Flow Cat for the B7-A4 2.0T!!! If you are looking to get the most performance out of your stock turbo B7-A4 2.0T, this is the test pipe/HFC that you need!
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Catless-Test-Pipe.jpg
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Cat-pipe.jpg
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Catless-Test-Pipe-turbo-flange-detail.jpg
This is the same Test Pipe that we ran in our JHM 2.0T when we set the fastest stock turbo quarter mile record: 13.38 seconds at 100.3 mph! (see video below)
http://youtu.be/mbVOHMNRSnA
INFORMATION ON THE B7-A4 2.0T EXHAUST SYSTEM:
After the turbo on the B7-A4 2.0T there are 3 different components in the exhaust system:
- TEST PIPE or CAT PIPE (OEM Cat Pipe): This pipe is the shortest section of the exhaust system and can be seen from the top of the car. It attaches to the turbo outlet and in stock form, contains the OEM Catalytic Converter. There are two oxygen sensors located on this pipe - one right after the turbo outlet and one after cat. After the cat, this pipe bends down to connect to the next part of the exhaust system, the CAT-BACK which includes the DOWNPIPE and the REAR EXHAUST.
CAT-BACK:
- DOWNPIPE: This section of the exhaust attaches to the cat pipe and runs down from that connection over the CV shaft then under the passenger side of the transmission cross-member. In the stock formation, it connects to the REAR EXHAUST via a slip fit clamp where the end of the DOWNPIPE slips over the REAR EXHAUST. (Stay tuned for our JHM Downpipe-Y Adapter to mate to a B6-B7 S4 Catback!)
- REAR EXHAUST: This final piece of the exhaust system is connected to the back of the DOWNPIPE and in the stock configuration splits into two pipes after exiting a resonator. After the resonator, the pipes continue to go apart and then lead into a muffler on each side. At the exit of the muffler, the REAR EXHAUST ends with the tips that you can see at the back of your car. Sometimes this section of the exhaust is mistakenly called the "cat-back". On the B7-A4 2.0T, a cat-back exhaust would replace BOTH the DOWNPIPE and the REAR EXHAUST sections. Most quality exhaust manufacturers sell true "cat-back" exhausts that will bolt up to your OEM cat-pipe or your test pipe. However, we have found that a number of manufacturers making exhaust products for the B7-A4 2.0T will market a rear exhaust system as a cat-back. Use this information to make sure you know what exhaust components you are replacing.
THE JHM DIFFERENCE:
The JHM B7-A4 2.0T 3" Test Pipe/HFC starts with nearly a 3 and a half inch opening at the turbo outlet! The outlet on the stock K03 turbo is 3.15 inches, so if we were to go with only a 3" inch opening on the pipe, we'd already be choking off the turbo! We opened up our pipe to the OEM Turbo to Cat Pipe gasket size which is actually slightly bigger than the OEM catalytic converter inlet.
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Catless-Test-Pipe-turbo-flange-detail-1.jpg
We also give our test pipe the largest downpipe connection possible while still maintaining strength in the connecting flange. This pipe is NOT like other test pipes out there which can neck down to the stock downpipe flange size. We make our outlet piping size as close to 3" as possible while still allowing it to hook up to whatever downpipe setup you currently have on your car. This leaves you room to grow into more powerful exhaust setups or just hook to your current stock downpipe. We maintain the stock bolt pattern but manufacture a custom flange that is opened up to receive our nearly 3" piping. Though this method **slightly** limits the size of pipe we can run at the outlet, we decided to put our piping inside the flange because it's a stronger way to build the flange connection while still allowing the test pipe/HFC to bolt up to both stock and other downpipes on the market.
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Test-Pipe-TP-to-DP-flange.jpg
The catalytic converter used in the JHM Cat Pipe is a high-quality, 300-cell, high-flow race cat. We locate it as far away from the turbo outlet as possible. While this made it a more difficult piece to fabricate and produce, we felt that it was the only way to do it since putting a restriction right against the back of the turbo would restrict airflow
Finally, our Test Pipe/HFC features a J-bung for the secondary oxygen sensor. We've been working with several different configurations on this piece to get just the right setup for the B7-A4 2.0T. With our J-bung, not only will you be Check Engine Light free (for catalyst efficiency codes), but because of the way we've located it on the pipe, you'll also have easy access to the secondary oxygen should you ever need to replace it!
http://www.jhmotorsports.com/products/pictures/B7A4/JHM-B7-A4-20T-Test-or-cat-Pipe-j-bung-detail.jpg
For those customers interested upgrading to our JHM 3" Test Pipe/HFC who already have a larger downpipe (or are looking to buy our JHM Y-Adapter) we offer a no compromise gasket and hardware kit. When replacing your OEM cat-pipe with our JHM Test Pipe, you'll most likely need to replace the gasket at the cat-pipe to downpipe connection. Most companies just provide a stock gasket for this connection which has an inner diameter of 2.3". Not only is the JHM gasket that we include in our hardware kit made out of aluminum but it also features an inner diameter of 2.8" - the largest possible diameter while still maintaining the stock bolt pattern. To purchase this hardware kit, please go back one section and add the item to your cart. You can also search for "JHM 2.0T Hardware Kit" in the search box on the top, right-hand corner on any page on our website.

Next up, turn key GTX / EFR kit with tune...
Also available as a "tuner" package please. I'd be interested in something that includes the turbo, manifold, oil and coolant lines, and possibly intake. Something that will bolt up to a stock location downpipe would be awesome. Internal WG preferred for simplicity (*cough* EFR). And don't use shitty fittings on the lines like RAI does (Phoenix fittings). I'd pay extra for something like Aeroquip. Hell, even Summit fittings would be fine with me. The option to buy it without injectors, hpfp, and software is key though, since I'm using Maestro and already have S3 injectors and hpfp.
Edit: Bonus points for an intake setup that includes provisions for a Synapse DV [:D]

I <3 JHM [:D]
I'm cool with a different turbo, as long as it can support at least 400 awhp and doesn't take forever to spool. I've been spoiled by the K0R hitting 19-20 psi by 3k rpm and don't want to give up any more of that than I have to.
Jake@JHM
01-23-2014, 11:01 AM
Haha definitely! I can't guarantee that it will be fully spooled by 3k, but what you originally stated have been my plans (minus the turbo). I am shooting to make a performance street setup for the average enthusiast looking for than a K04, yet still budget friendly. And then afterwards do a race setup that is just balls deep!

I appreciate all of the excitement for our future turbo kit! As I mentioned previously, we do not do any "beta" testing on customer cars, we only do it on our cars. We do not want to have the customer bare the burden if something should go wrong.
However, once the kit is deemed safe and operable we may need some local guys to install this kit! We would be looking for things like feedback on the install, is there any drive-ability kinks that you noticed, etc.. so that the kit is perfect for production and the official release. That being said I will keep you guys in mind!

How would the JHM DP > B7 S4 exhaust sound compared to the APR downpipe and exhaust for the 2.0T? Do you have sound clips from when you were running the resonated catback? Honestly I like the sound of the APR that I have but I really want to go full quad exhaust. I would be looking for the full resonated S4 catback.

It is going to have less drone and it will have a more refined sound. We need to egg Dru on to finish the exhaust video! However, the 1/4 mile video in this thread is the resonated setup. Redfury on this forum is local to us and he has the full APR exhaust and he prefers the sound of my car (so he said). Maybe if he sees this post he can chime in with his unbiased opinion.
My exhaust isn't raspy either and to me, sounds really amazing wit the 3" test pipe and DP to a dual 2.5" cat back.

Haha the EFR would be cool, but I still have something else planned (not set in stone). It is a turbo that hasn't been used on the B7 A4 yet (or at least that I could find anywhere).

What kind of flow are we talking on this mysterious turbo? The GTX3071 is closest to what I want in the Garrett lineup. No idea on other manufacturers yet. I want something that can do 40+ lb/hr with reasonable spool.
