I finally got an extension for my ratchet that will fit through the hole to get the third screw for the headlight, but now any torx bits have a connector that won't fit through. What do you guys use? Where did you get it? I've checked out sears and a couple automotive stores.

Get a very long 3/32" (I think that's right...might need to verify...) straight blade screw driver. I got a Kobalt one from lowes, so I know they carry one.

EDIT: As stated below 3/16" is the correct size for the screwdriver.

If you get just a torx bit, you can put 1 layer of duct tape around it and stick it into a 1/4" socket. That's what I had to do.

2 things real quick.... 1, that screw doesnt have to come all the way out, just loosen it 3-4 turns. 2, use a smaller (2") extension and finagel it behind then plug it into you longer extension shooting through the hole. Ive had mine off about 4 times lately and its becomming easier every time I do it.. hope that helped

Bought a 3/16" screwdriver, we'll see if that works. It was the only one there that looked like it might fit.

before I made my tool, I used a long extension with the bit at the end and it worked.

Done with the CC, but I have a problem. The drivers side headlight rear upper corner is not up against the fender. Also, it seems like the bumper won't go back on. Any advice?

Give a bit more gap to the 2 center posts. Once the bumper is back in place, the headlight will align

Thanks phil, got it back on. I think I may have accidentally touched the height adjustment posts, so I had to spend some time messing with those. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow. I tried the "bumping" method, and ended up breaking the two tabs, and the cap didn't even come out. So I took your advice from the DIY, and it worked perfectly. Looks so much better, now I just got to get some color matched sidemarkers.
