Headlight Questions

The project is going forward but I just realized [headbang] that there are 2 different type of headlight installed on the A4: Xenon & Halogen.

Xenon: Correct me if I am wrong, with the Xenon, you have a switch inside the car (I am asking because I have it) that allow you to turn the DRL ON & OFF. Do you all have the switch? If not, are the DRL ON all the time?

Halogen: With this type of headlight, you don't have DRL. Am I correct? I am planning to use the wires from the city lights but for the LED to work, you will have to turn the switch to the CTL position. Do you see a problem? Would it be a problem for you?

It wont be any problem for me cz it doesnt really matter even if i have to turn the city light on to work LED. Isnt the city light is the small bulb that places at the corner of high beam right? And the depo headlight i asked you by PM, the angel eye is only works when you turn the switch to city light I THINK? So i think there will be no problem to work LED on halogen light if you replace the wiring from angel eye to LED as long as they are in same output.?

I'm xenon so sounds like no problem with me. I have the separate knob for the DRL lights
