Boost Gauge in mirror

Got my boost gauge in. Decided to put it in the mirror.



Here it is after the glue dried. I didn't get a picture of the pre-existing bread board but it all fit back in nicely.

Front side. It probably took me about 2-3 hrs to scratch off all of the rear material and copper. But it looks pretty darn good, almost like factory. I used a little exacto knife and about ten blades to keep it sharp, taking off a little at a time.

Here's the link to the sending unit and display incase anyone else wants to do this. Cost $160 and they had it at my door in 2 days.

I'll post some pics of it in the car once I get to the point of being able to start my car again (from gtrs install etc.).

Yeah the wires are ran atop the cieling pannel down the pillar and down to the fuse box area where it meets up with the sending unit wires. It is actually pretty simmple to get the necessary pannels loose and off.
I'll get some more pics of the sending unit etc.

I'm going to tap in between my front mount and the intake manifold somewhere. The sending unit has a standard 3/8" NPT thread so it should be a breeze to install into my intake piping.
