Well after the cost to buy the dead turbo it was $650 for all the work which meant all the internals are new with K04-23 shaft turbine manifold & compressor housing shaft, this shaft is found specifically on Audi Motor sport cars so the upgrade requires re-profiling of the turbine housing to accept the larger K04-023 turbine shaft.
The K04-023 has approximately 3mm larger inducer compared to the K04-015 sharing the same exducer.
In addition this upgrade includes the over-sized SP51X compressor wheel, updated Bearing Housing with "twin-feed" oil channels.

Your turbo is new, we don't use regenerated components on
SP51 projects.
Everything is new except for the turbine manifold & compressor housing.
The car will be setup on a rolling road so dyno figures will be posted once every thing is done and funds permitting that is but Im looking for around 270bhp based on the facts 225TT with the K04-23 turbos can be mapped to 280bhp without any mods bar exhaust.
