    :: ECS Tuning :: B8 A4 2.0T ECS Vent Pod Boost Gauge

    Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!

    ECS Tuning introduces a innovative way to install a boost gauge into your Audi B8 2.0T . Designed specifically for the B8 chassis, this electronically-actuated gauge allows for easy and accurate monitoring of turbocharger boost pressure. Keeping track of boost pressure is a great way of consistently checking engine performance and a fantastic way to diagnose power loss problems.

    The gauge design and lighting blend with other dash gauges to give it a classy, factory-installed look. We've even prepared a detailed photo tutorial outlining the installation.

    This thing looks real nice. Anyone using it have any reviews yet? Search yielded nothing.

    Is it a complete sacrifice of the vent, or do you still get some airflow?

    I have our B6 vent gauge installed in my vehicle and it uses the same gauge this kit does. I love it. I have my vent closed off from the inside as I didn't want the heat blasting on the back of the gauge possibly causing it to overheat. But you can choose to have the flapper open or closed. You'll still get decent flow if you decide to keep it open.

    Is there anyway to get this mounted on the drivers left side so it's out of the way? Like the AWE Tuning one when they had theirs.

    Unfortunately due to the design of the gauge holder I don't think its possible for it to fit in the right side vent.
