The engine in the S5 is different than the RS4 and different than the S4 4.2L.

We will definitely talk about the supercharger kit. It is early in development, so there isn't much to talk about other than we use the Vortech V3-Si, which is a unit rated for 775hp.

034Motorsport's Density Line Mounts are the new standard in comfort and performance. Their mounts are redesigned with performance in mind. Manufactured from high-durometer rubber for increased performance and durability, these mount offer improved driving dynamics and shifting feel without sacrificing comfort. 034Motorsport Density Line Mounts are void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the slop associated with the factory mounts. We have been testing "Abusing" these engine mounts since June of 2014, and we have even ran an 11.8 in the 1/4 mile with these in our in-house, JHM Supercharged B8 S5!

034Motorsport Street Density Engine Mounts are manufactured from 65 durometer rubber, which is a significant upgrade from the 45 durometer rubber used in stock B8 Audi S5-RS5 mounts. Since the mounts are also void-free and solid-filled, the resulting mount is substantially stiffer than stock, without introducing any additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin. The mount bodies are made from high-quality, cast aluminum using OEM production techniques.

The result is greatly reduced drivetrain slop, crisper shifting, and minimal wheel hop. Failed OEM Engine Mounts:




- These OEM Engine Mounts are filled with fluid, and the easiest way to determine that they have failed is to look for the trails left over from the engine mount fluid leaking. If you see any trials that look like the image above, you likely have a popped/failed engine mount that is needing to be replaced.







- As you can see, it doesn't take much tearing of the OEM Rubber mount to cause significant leakage of the mount fluid. By the time the OEM mount is able to leak, the mount can no longer adequately support the engine.





- If you continue to drive using a failed engine mount, the mount will continue to deteriorate until the engine is no longer connected to the mount, which can cause serious unwanted engine movement. This can open the possibility of damage to other components.

Results will vary, depending on the dyno and weather. However you will notice the restored performance immediately after a carbon clean.

It has been a while since we have given you guys some updates! There is some good news to come, so stay tuned!

Here at JHM, we have been developing and building shifter and linkage upgrades for Audis since 2006. As we've done for the B5, B6, and B7 platforms, we're bringing the JHM "Solid" shifting experience to your B8 Chassis Audi with our B8 Solid Linkage and Cross Rod Upgrade!



While Audi has improved on their OEM shifter setup since the days of the incredibly sloppy B5, they still use primarily plastic and rubber components in their B8 linkage. This contributes to the vague and somewhat rubbery feel you experience while shifting your B8 Audi and makes the linkage alone worse than previous generations. Furthermore, as plastic ages it gets brittle and tends to break easily.



If you are looking for the ultimate shifting experience with precise feedback allowing for confident gear changes, the JHM B8 Solid Linkage and Cross Rod Upgrade is what you need. Our JHM B8 Linkage and Cross Rod setup is the ultimate upgrade for increasing the durability and longevity of your linkage components while dramatically improving the shifting experience of your B8 Audi.

Adding our JHM Linkage and Cross Rod or a JHM Solid Short Throw Shifter alone won't bring much noise or vibration into the cabin due to Audi's ultra-silent, rubber lined shift knob. However, if you're looking for the ultimate shifting experience with more of a race inspired setup, we recommend our Linkage, Shifter, and Shift Knob which can all be found in the same section as this product. NOTE: Adding in our shift knob and other variables like your exhaust setup, other lightweight/performance components (crank pulleys, flywheels, etc...), and factory tolerances may affect how much of an increase in interior noise, vibration and/or harshness you experience. Remember, Audi designed these components with lots of plastic and rubber to hide normal noises that the engine and transmission make so removing them can reveal some of those noises.

This linkage and cross rod upgrade is a direct replacement for the OEM components. Our JHM Linkage and Cross Rod replaces the OEM plastic socket assemblies on both the linkage and the cross rod with 2 spherical steel bearings and one graphite impregnated, polyurethane bushing.

JHM Linkage
On the linkage, we put a steel spherical bearing in a custom race at the end of the shift rod or selector shaft.

JHM Cross Rod
Matching exactly the OEM dimensions, we attach our Cross Rod upgrade to a cage on top of the race using another, smaller spherical rod end housed in a bronze race for more rigid side to side feel. On the other end of the Cross Rod at the selector shaft cap on the transmission, we use a heavy duty, graphite impregnated, polyurethane bushing.

Not only do these spherical and polyurethane bushings offer much more precise shifting while delivering more feedback than stock but they are also much more durable than the OEM plastic setup.

Our JHM B8 Solid Linkage and Cross Rod Upgrade will deliver the ultimate shifting experience when paired with our JHM B8 Solid Short Throw Shifter. However, it will also dramatically improve your shifting performance if you only have a stock or aftermarket shifter.

Introducing the JHM 4.2L FSI 32v V8 Lightweight Crank Pulley for the B8-S5!!!
Our Lightweight Pulley is perfectly counterbalanced like stock for proper engine balancing AND it drops 5 pounds of rotating mass in the process. The pulleys are anodized BLACK so they look stock and blend in. This design has been proven on the Audi V8 on hundreds of cars since 2009.





ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
Reducing the rotating mass of parts in or attached to the engine free up horsepower. This modification will not provide you with a drastic increase in power but it is a great piece of the naturally aspirated V8 power puzzle when coupled with our other bolt on upgrades. If you're looking for some feedback on these units, feel free to search any of the online Audi forums, specifically in the B6-B7 S4 sections where we have had many customers run these units for years!

INSTALLATION NOTES:
When installing this pulley it is a great time to replace your drive belt. We sell these as well here in this section. It is important that you notice how tight your stock belt is prior to removal to gain access to the pulley. If you do not tighten it at least as tight as the stock belt was it will slip and squeal. Also note that one bolt hole has a dowel in the stock pulley and must be removed and inserted into the JHM pulley. Then the JHM Lightweight Pulley can only go on one way. Torque all bolts to 20 ft lbs in a star pattern. We also recommend using Loctite

JHM Front Lightweight Rotors





Due to popular demand, all of our 2-piece, lightweight rotors will now come with black anodized rotor hats featuring Type 3, hard anodizing, the highest quality and hardest anodizing available for aluminum. This will make the rotor hats more resistant to fade and wear and will hide brake dust better. Due to popular demand all lightweight rotor rings will also feature zinc plating. This high quality coating will slow the effects of corrosion and keep your rotor rings looking good through the winters.

These rotors shave 14.5 lbs of unsprung weight from the front of your car while increasing braking performance, plus they bolt on just like stock! This is great alternative to a full on Big Brake Kit since the stock B8-S4 and S5 rotor is already a stout 345mm (13.6") and most may not want to spend $2,000 plus for a full Big Brake Kit. We basically brought the same high performance great cooling designed rotor to these drop in (fit like stock) front rotors and at a 1/4 of the price or less of a full Big Brake Kit.

-Rotor Weight: Stock = 23lbs(each), JHM = 15.75lbs(each) - 31% LIGHTER, 7.25lbs less each

Outer ring specs:
We worked closely with a race brake manufacturer that supplies many NASCAR racers and a couple major brake kit companies. Due to their expertise we chose to have them build us the outer rings to our specs to fit the B8 S4 and S5. The rings feature 12 attachment points for durability and strength.

Center hat specs:
We CNC machine the Aluminum center hats in house based on their recommended materials and thicknesses for durability. 12 attachment points for durability and strength. We also engrave JHM in them in 3 locations equal from each other, it looks clean and doesn't jump out or look tacky.

Introducing fully adjustable upper control arms for the B8 Audi A4-S4 and A5-S5-RS5!!!



These control arms are the latest offering in the Density Line Control Arm Series from 034Motorsport. These adjustable arms are available in both Camber Correcting and Track Spec varieties:

Camber Correcting: This setup is for those who have lowered their car from OEM ride height and are looking to correct camber to factory specifications and reduce excessive inner tire wear. These arms offer 5/8" of outward adjustability from stock length and adjustable in 1/36" increments. Each 1/36" adjustment is approximately .1 degrees of camber allowing for highly accurate adjustments.

Track Spec: This setup is for those who have lowered their car from OEM ride height and are looking to have even more negative camber for better track performance. These arms are 1/8" shorter than stock and offer an additional 5/8" of inward adjustability from stock length and are adjustable in 1/36" increments. Each 1/36" adjustment is approximately .1 degrees of camber for highly accurate adjustments.

This hose is designed to replace the restrictive corrugated plastic unit. The 034Motorsport hose features a larger internal area and smooth insides for higher flow and life long durability.

This durable, high quality silicone hose was modeled directly off of the factory part to ensure perfect fit and finish. Along with extensive testing at 034Motorsport, we worked with 034Motorsport to test fit and install several revisions of the hose here on our in house B8-S5 4.2L V8 to get the fitment just right.

In addition to cloth reinforcement, this hose features stainless steel wire reinforcement to prevent collapse under vacuum.

Very. I'm running a whipple blower and need more hold than my current aftermarket clutch. I'm hoping that yours would likely be perfect. I am dynoing about 560hp and 580ft-lbs of torque at the motor.
