Vag com killed my stop start

    2013 q5 3.0. Did a few vag com mods.
    Don't remember all of them.
Ever since, my stop start doesn't work.
All the variables met. Still nothing.
Engine up to temp, heater off, steering wheel straight. And nothing.
    Anyone else have any issues?

Vag com killed my stop start

Made a shocking discovery this weekend.
Sitting in the long line at the boarder.

Stop start only works with your seatbelt on.......

    It worked wonderfully.

The start-stop function only works when …

    - driver’s door and the bonnet are closed
    - driver is wearing a seat belt
    - vehicle has been driven at faster than 4 km/h before stopping
    - vehicle is not pulling a trailer

Vag com killed my stop start

My start/stop works without seatbelt on.

I lean in and with one hand push the brake and the start an it works every time.
