Color Suggestions | Wrapping Vehicle

So I've decided to go ahead and have the Avant wrapped. It's currently Brilliant Black, and I'm open to most colors. I won't be doing any Teal, Orange, Yellow Etc... but throw some suggestions out! I can't make up my mind!

Right now I'm think Suzuka Gray, Ibis White, Sprint Blue for OEM colors.. In that order. And Matte Dolphin Gray for a custom.. I know, all over the place.

Also.. there's a B7 RS4 Avant floating around here on the forum.. it has a pastel style gray, non metallic color.. if anyone knows which one I'm talking about, please repost! I believe it also has LIGHT green seats.. That Avant's exterior color would be awesome.

I vote Sepang Blue for OEM colors or matte gray for custom. Burnt orange above is sweet too

Definitely crossing out the matte gray, I am leaning towards a Metallic Blue, kind of like Sprint Blue.. or some kind of metallic white with a pearl effect. Definitely an amazing color though.. thanks for posting. Those Benz look incredible!

If you want to stay in the dark gray/blacks, you can try something like this famous one

if youre gonna do a wrap why would you want an OEM color that 1000's of other people have?
in my opinion, the whole point of getting a wrap is to get something crazy/different that the average Joe cant just buy off the lot

I don't even know how you would get a wrap in a factory Audi color, that would likely have to be paint.
Please don't do any matte wraps ... ESPECIALLY black.

yes but there aren't 1000's of people with most of the colors posted. While they are factory colors most of them are rare if not special order.

the problem with any kind of matte grey is that is is really hard to tell that it is not flat black.

Look at KneeDragger's RS4 Avant conversion posted above. Many people were giving him flack about wrapping his car flat black he's stated that it is supposed to be a matte dolphin grey. I'm sure closeup in person it looks more grey but it's likely that most would not be able to tell at first glance

Well you certainly sound like a prick..

Like I said, I'll dig up some pictures shortly. I had both. A Brilliant Red B7 S4 Avant, and a Suzuka Grey B7 RS4.. If you do enough digging, you'll find both.

The RS4 motor is in SoCal with KneeDragger, waiting for him to decide if he wants to sell it or not. The supercharger for said motor is coming from JHM, when the kit is completed.

The wrap is being done the end of jan/early feb, depending on the shop's schedule.

Thanks for all of your suggestions, after discussing with 3M, they can make custom colors, but it's substantially more lead time and a bump in price and not guaranteed. An off the shelf color will be easier and will allow me to purchase less than a full roll. I decided to go with a metallic white.. A few different options there, but it's narrowed down to that.

yes it does against brilliant black, but I still doubt many could tell the difference between it and matte black unless they were sitting side by side.
