Well i figured I'd do a picture progression of my car, from purchase, up till now...

She is a 2003 3.0 Quattro with Tiptronic. Full power/ heated front seats. Bose audio package. Picked her up in 2007 with just under 50k on the clock for 17,900.

Also painted lowers at same time as installing lip. Tried painting with OEM paint, quality didnt turn out that great. Ended up painting a semi-gloss black. Blacked out window trim too. I also went back to stock taillights.

Lol why a 5 speed swap? If you do a tip right it'll shift faster than you ever will with a 5 speed. They're just a tad slower due to having to run the fluid pump for the transmission.

The car looks good man, I was looking at the vmr wheels but those are exactly the same. How have they held up so far? Everything looks good but I'm glad you got rid of the leds.

Don't plan on doing any engine/transmission upgrades at the moment. Not really worth it in a 3.slow... Maybe someday if I supercharged it or something, but I doubt it. The ST wheels are great. I was looking at vmr as well but these were cheaper so I tried them out.

Had the 12" Alpine sub, and blew it... twice. So i decided to go bigger.
New sub:

Started building a new box






I was kinda in a hurry to get it in, so i never smoothed it out, just threw some carpet on it, and tossed it in




Needed a new air filter so i fabbed up my own intake



Wanted to clean up the trunk a little.
Cleaning up sub enclosure (making it smooth)
(expanding foam, then shave it smooth)

I would love to!! Really want to switch to black, but thats a little lower on my list of priorities.. with dark tint, most people cant tell what color it is lol

I have since installed Air Bags on my car... not too many pics of this, was too excited to get it installed!

I went with Bag riders, and got Airlift slam series, Autopilot V2 management, and upgraded to the OB2 Compressor...

Heres my trunk Setup (needs a good vacuuming)
I have the Compressor, water trap, and Management mounted in spare well. Air lines run out front of spare well, to each wheel, and dump line hangs out about 2 inches (love the loud noise lol)
I have 0 Gauge that supplys power to a large distribution block, then to the Amps & Compressor. The management ecu has its own harness running to the battery (through the channel on drivers side of car under door sills, along with my 0 gauge)
I had to go with the "chubby" 5 gal air tank, because the other 5 gal tanks were slightly too long to fit with my sub box...











Was going to buy new tires, that had some stretch, but couldnt wait any longer to put the nice wheels back on.... new tires next year.

Well I started working on my car as soon as it started getting warm out.

new wheels:
Varrstoen es221 (18x9.5 & 18x10.5)




made my own boser



removed bump strips and added side skirts/ bumpers





Finished most of the body work... Its not entirely done... Not near as good as i want it, but funds and time ran out, so ill live with it like this for a little while. Decided to wrap it and finish everything exactly the way i want it next year. until then, this will do...

Thanks. Havent really done much else to it yet. I plan on pulling off the vinyl and finishing up some more body work. (moulding in side skirts better, couple rough spots on rear fenders, and a busted piece off the passenger side skirt. Then im not sure what color im gonna go with. Ive got an idea of a themed trunk and a color to match, but we'll see. Not sure when im gonna be able to start working on it though, gonna be a busy summer for me. i might just wait till this fall to start.
