    Now for the peep show:

    Osir Front Grill:

CF Radiator fan shroud (should look amazing coupled with the Carbonio CF Intake)

Osir CF Rear Valence for quad exhaust. I am not sure if you can tell from the picture, but it is a S4 replica but in CF (minus the metallic trim). I didn't want anything over the top as the lines on the A4/S4 are simply stunning from the factory.

    K04 upgrade.

    Eurocode FMIC

Now all I am waiting on is the exhaust and intake. As soon as the last part is in, the installation will commence. Flashing of the ECU will be done locally so I do not have to ship anything. Cheers.

Are you running the Osir grill and rear valence as well? If so, do you have a link to your posts so I can see some pictures? Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I just got off the phone with Eurocode...no status on either the exhaust or the intake until Monday. :/ I was able to get in touch with my local shop here and dyno time for next week looks as if it will be a green light. I will be scheduling my day and time on Tuesday to get the baseline numbers taken care of.

As for the picture...that would either be the radiator shroud or the rear valence. Both are leaning against the wall but one is wrapped up a bit more in foam then the other. I am trying to be as delicate as I can before everything gets installed.

Update...Well Eurocode called me Wednesday and told me that my exhaust is going to be another 2 weeks (shipping on the 20th of this month). The delay has something to do with the original parts manufacturer falling through on being able to produce the required amount of parts. IDK. Either way, I made a deposit and paid early so that I could get the exhaust at the same time as everything else but instead I will have waited 2 months before I finally receive my exhaust. The same goes for the carbonio intake. I wasn't very coherent when Eurocode called as it was almost 1am on the east coast when they gave me my parts update and I had been asleep for about an hour already as I had to be up at 6 for work. Other then that, I worked around the clock all week so I wasn't able to get my baseline dyno complete. I leave tomorrow for Michigan so I am a little pissed off it took so damn long because now I have to ship the parts to a different location because I will not be home when the exhaust arrives. By the time I return from Michigan EVERYTHING will be in and ready to install. I guess we will just have to wait and see. :/

I know you guys were probably looking for some better news and some real numbers but it is out of my hands at this point. Trust me, I wish I could deliver better news. I have tons of parts just sitting but I literally cannot install any of it until that damn exhaust comes in as the tune is dependent on the fact that I have a high flow cat and full exhaust.

Are you sure about the tune? APR has two versions of the K04 tune, one for configurations with the downpipe and the other without. When I first had the K04 installed I didn't have a downpipe or intake. The software was updated when I had the downpipe installed. You might want to phone APR about this if you want to get the K04 installed before you get the exhaust.

From my understanding when talking to APR and Eurocode I would be able to install all the parts that I have now, but the map would be different for a K04 with high flow cat and exhaust and a K04 with stock exhaust and cat. Therefore, if I were to install everything that I have right now and order my tune (which is a mute point considering I have to travel and will be gone longer then the time it takes to receive my exhaust) I would have to just turn right back around when I receive my exhaust and install it in order to get the correct tune program from APR.

If that is incorrect, that would be nice to know but it is to late at this point. When I return from Detroit, the exhaust and intake should be waiting for me. I am also looking to doing a little bit of front end modification using a custom crash bar and RS5 grille. Only problem is, I already have the CF OSIR front grille. I have a few questions before I make that jump, but if I do it should be a very interesting modification that I think yall will like.

IIRC, you were testing out the 100 octane map. Does that mean a 100 Octane map is out for the K04?

Is this the "Kunst" shroud from EC? If so, keep in mind that the weaves are different between the Carbonio intake and this shroud. Carbonio is straight 1x1 and the shroud and OSIR stuff is 2x2 Twill. I've been considering this shroud as well since I have a "crap" load of CF on my Avant :) .....but I didn't want the two to clash (and I already have the Carbonio).

When you get your intake please post pics of the two together.

using a custom crash bar and RS5 grille. Only problem is, I already have the CF OSIR front grille. I have a few questions before I make that jump, but if I do it should be a very interesting modification that I think yall will like.
-> Custom crash bar? Please explain yourself sir :) . Not sure why you want to modify or replace that, unless you want a full open grill. In that case, not sure if that is wise regarding accidents and body/chasis stifness. Just checking.
-> a very interesting modification? Please explain yourself sir :) . Are you considering merging the two maybe. OSIR CF trim + RS5 mesh. Not sure if that is possible, although everything is possible. Don't quote me, but i think the RS5 mesh is slightly bigger then the OSIR mesh work (as the RS5 grill has a thinner trim at the top). Fact is if you would do it, you won't have to modify your mounts or bumper. Might look good aswell, at least unique (but expensive).
    Anyway, good luck.

I just wish to replace the factory huge piece of aluminum with something much slimmer. I would actually love to have a full open grill like the RS5 with the Eurocode FMIC sitting behind the grille itself. As for accidents and body chassis stiffness, my replacement crash bar will be plenty strong enough of a replacement for the factory piece.

Let me explain a bit more in depth. Originally, I wanted to replace the factory crash bar as I am upgrading the intercooler to Eurocode's piece and wanted as much direct air flow as possible as well ass the front end aesthetics. I know that by doing this will net me minimal performance gains, but its not about generating an extra 50 horses as I know that will not happen at all. It is simply about customization and my insatiable appetite for it. The problem I was then faced with is if I do fab a new crash bar (easy), I am left with the giant license plate bar on the A4 grill and having to fab my own (not easy). At this point, I ran into the issue of the cost just simply outweighing the original goals benefit. Short of creating my own front grill I was left with looking for solutions for front grilles without a license plate bar. I could not find any, so I went the route of the CF Osir piece and decided against the crash bar fab as the license plate bar would negate that mod.

Now, I see this RS5 grille which is EXACTLY what I had originally envisioned, literally to the T (except in CF surround and black mesh). I could easily fab the crash bar and install this grille and get me the results I want...hence my curiosity about the grille. A tad on the pricey end though. 1200 bux for a factory grille is stupid. By any chance is it made of unicorn tears and atlantis gold forged with kryptonite?

i'm looking forward to seeing the end result. Please let us know what the engine is like after the mods.

i'm toying with the idea of a red a4 saloon fully kitted with osir parts and gunmetal wheels, and yours will be the closest i've seen yet. Jasons mods looks nice on the avant, but i'm not sure if i'm sold on the osir grill because the rings look poorly integrated imo.

Still stuck in Detroit for another...2-3 weeks. I checked the tracking number that was provided for me on the 9th of this month. The 9th....My package has STILL not been shipped. A label has been created but the package hasn't been shipped yet. Also, no news on the Carbonio intake. I will try calling tonight to see wtf is going on.

Update, exhaust came in but I'm still stuck in Detroit. BTW, Michigan SUCKS ASS. I have never seen a state with this many assless women in my life. Anyways...back to topic. I called to get an update about my intake that I ordered over 2 months ago...still not even a ETA.

I understand that the product is in demand...but really?

Hopefully I will have some good news tomorrow when Erin calls from APR. Spoke with him today, great guy. I also spoke with my tuner back in Jax and he is waiting for me to come back to get all my dyno runs pre and post mods. That should be exciting for anyone wanting to mod the A4 as I am pretty much adding every bolt on you can get at the moment. Also, I will see about hitting up some 1/4 mile runs to get some numbers down. That is iffy tho. Currently, there arnt many strips close to me as they closed the g-ville track. We will see.

    end update

Update. I received a call from Eurocode Tuning letting me know my intake was also shipped. Called my neighbor and she verified I had 4 boxes instead of 3. This 4th mystery box means that I have the intake as well as the exhaust.

With that said, I now have ALLLLLLLLLL my goodies sitting at my house. Now if I can only make it home! From my current schedule, filming will be wrapped up by next Friday which puts me back at home by that Saturday (the 11th). Relax Saturday, and get to bustin knuckles on Sunday!

Just to recap, the parts sitting in my house are as follows:

    K04 upgrade
APR Quad turboback exhaust w/high flow cats
Eurocode FMIC Kit (with K04 adapter)
    Carbonio Intake
    CF front grille
    CF rear valence
    CF radiator shroud

I am currently trying to get my "friend" to go to my house and take some pictures in her bikini playing with the parts as well as some updated photos showing the exhaust and intake. I know y'all have seen all these parts before, but I haven't so deal with it...im excited. Plus these parts will look better with boobies. Obviously, I will post the pg pictures once I get them.

+1 for sure. Interested to see how your K04 turns out since that's my next step for power as well.

Can someone let me know when there are boobies?

I like the parts, I like the B8, but I like boobies much more. I even like a nice ass more than that (make note for the ass fellas).

lol. You have no idea how irate I was with this entire shipping receiving bullshit that happened. Basically, as it was explained to me, there was a big mix up with shipping labels and the one tracking number they sent me was bad. Here I am checking the tracking number which maintained the same status each day, and that status was that a label has been created but the package hasn't been dropped off. MEANWHILE, the packages were sitting outside my front door! It is public information how damn expensive a quad diamond tip turbo back exhaust is coupled with the Carbonio intake so I was NOT a happy camper when I found out that my shit was sitting outside my house for a week.

Well, no harm no foul. I got my parts and by next weekend I will be installing them. FINALLY!
