Got Revo 2, now 2 codes

In my other thread I was asking around about the Revo Stage 2 reflash with the bigger injectors and finally, last week I got it done. So the car feels much peppier than before and today I decided to take a run on the highway (3rd and 4th gear pull) and as I was coasting back down, the CEL came on and threw the P0139 and P0140 codes. I specifically asked the guy if there would be no CEL due to the Cat-delete file and he said it would be fine. My 034 HFC has the spacer in it, so could it be the actual sensor needs replacing? TIA

P0139: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor2)
P0140: 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

It sounds like your rear sensor isn't plugged in. Check the connections underneath the coolant reservoir.

Cleared the codes, all connections look fine and plugged in. Any other suggestions before I go back to revo?
